I bought this for my elderly father-in-law on hospice we are taking care of him, and with this Little monitor we can keep an eye out at all times.

I am always skeptical when I see a lot of positive reviews on Amazon but was lured in by the comments about a WI-FI product being so easy to set-up. OMG it was soooo easy. You simply plug in both items and in less than a minute, the two are connected. If youve ever tried connecting an Alexa enabled light bulb - this is not like that at all! So much easier! You do need 2.4 WI-FI though. The dashboard is easy to figure out, the picture was clear enough, and there were no issues with the volume or microphone. I took one star off because they give you a website to go to and register the product, but there was no website. I emailed the company and they had me send them my address and Amazon order number and said they would register the product for me. Ive requested an email confirmation so will see what happens.

Easy to connect and the quality is pretty good, the night vision is good too! Totally worth it so far!

This monitor is great! I love the convenience of it. The battery lasts a long time, so you don’t have to keep the receiver plugged in all the time. We use it during nap time, overnight, as well as when we have a babysitter. We have another camera that has an app where we can view our baby from our phones, and this picture quality is much better. My only problem with it, is as you can see in my picture, it says “waiting for a connection” several times a day. I contacted the company and they gave great instruction. We have a larger, open home, so the problem may be that the receiver and monitor are too far away from each other (even though there aren’t more than two walls between them).

Picture is good. Sounds glitches every once in a while. It doesnt show when its fully charged. Red light stays red until I disconnect to see if it was charged, it had already been about 3 hours just to find out it was fully charged. I have only had it for a week, hope it works as good as now.

Likes: easy to use. Pairs quickly. Rotates remotely. Zoom and lullaby feature. Dislikes: automatic night vision (room isnt completely dark during the day but picture still black and white), camera has to be plugged in (only monitor has built in battery)

Our goodbaby monitor stopped charging) the pin inside snapped, and was lost). I needed to get another monitor but didnt want to spend $100 on the whole set up again. Found this brand, and everything looked the same. Even the model numbers were similar so I took the chance. Sure enough it works like a charm. I paired my previous 2 cameras up to the kidsneed monitor, and now we have another camera at half the price of the goodbaby. Works great!

Amazing product with clear image and great sound quality! I enjoy the feature where you can adjust your view, and the clear view at night. Definitely recommend

Ordered this in December and not even 6 months and it won’t hold a charge or stay charged. Update: I reached out to the company annd told them about my problem and they were so helpful and are sending me a new monitor. Extremely great customer service.

The parent monitor stopped charging after a few months and I was thinking we were going to have to buy a new one, but I reached out to their customer service via email and they emailed me back within a few hours saying they were going to send me a new monitor free of charge and didn’t have to send in the old one. Super easy and simple! I received the new upgraded monitor a few days later and have had no problems since. I highly recommend this product because it works great and the customer service is very easy to work with and very fast!
