We have had this monitor for almost a year now and everything has been great until a few weeks ago when the base (parent) unit stopped charging. I emailed customer service directly and they immediately shipped out a new base unit and charger, everything is back to being great and Im very impressed with how easy they made it.

I actually considered getting a 5 inch screen one but to get that its an extra $20 so I opted for this 3 inch one instead. Picture quality could be better but good enough since I use it mostly during night time and night vision is great. There is a slight delay in sound but nothing drastic (like a Ecco of a voice delay). I love how you can turn the screen off and is still able to hear through it. The thing that amazes me is the battery life. My baby sleeps for at least 11 hrs a night and so far its lasting 10+ hours with constant turning on and off the screen. You can mount your camera or sit it on a flat surface. I like how you can have multiple cams hooked up and still have just your one monitor. The part I was most worry about when choosing a baby monitor is the wifi and having to go through the trouble of creating another account on an app just to use it. This one requires NO WIFI. Snatch it up, if you are not satisfied they are amazing at returns or replacing as well. Would 100% recommend

Bought this two months ago worked great. Then for no reason it keep loosing connection. Worked great when it dint loose connection. Night vision is good an sound quality. This company solved my problem. Thanks.

Great quality camera. Monitor does not pick up sound machine but does pick up baby crying, which is amazing! Also for those wondering, I have the Goodbaby camera/monitor and this one is under a different name now obviously but it is the exact same product and does work with my old Goodbaby camera! Be careful not to leave handheld screen plugged in too long or the battery life does decrease over time I’ve noticed. Plug it in until fully charged then remove from charger. Not a huge deal, just a tip.

Great monitor for the price. Our name brand monitor broke and we found this. The daytime picture quality is great. Night vision could use some improvement because it gets blurry at night. The battery life of the handheld unit it great. We leave it plugged in at night and use it here and there during the day if we are off work. It rarely dies unless it’s left on during the day when we are not home. We have Amazon Blink cameras too and those we access for when we are away at work and she has a nanny or if only one of us is working. Those have their own purpose but this is great to monitor naps when we are home and for the nighttime to wake us up or to determine if she is stirring and will go back to sleep or “awake awake.” Hopefully it lasts us awhile!

I like this camera and monitor, the photo shows the monitor with its shield still on, the picture is clear. I have purchased 2, and they worked very well, I did have a problem with the 2 monitors with the power supply connection. The company sent me a new monitor and it is working. I was very happy with their customer service, I feel that if the problem comes up again, they will send me a replacement. and they seem to want to make good products so might even fix the problem in future assembly runs. The cameras are very sturdy and I like they responsiveness to the monitor. I have a large home and there is just a few places that the reception is picky, but even then I can find a happy spot to view the cameras.

UPDATED REVIEW: customer service reached out to me and I was sent a new monitor that works great. It paired to my original camera just fine. It charges and stays charged a decent amount of time. I appreciated the quick and helpful reponse from customer service. They want their customers happy with their products. From my understanding they have updated the monitors and the imperfections have been fixed. Thanks! Worked great up until last weekend. The monitor wont turn on anymore. Ive had it on the charger for a full afternoon and it stayed on red when it should have been full battery by then. Sucks because I use it all the time. Ill have to find something else to use. I can no longer contact their support (or I just cant figure it out) due to past the 90 day policy

We like the device overall. It does the job, the panning is quick, no need to connect to wifi, you can talk to your baby through the microphone clearly. The battery life does run out quick so you would have to recharge frequently. You have to charge about 2x a day. However, you can still use while charging if really needed. Other than that, we have used ours for 5 months now, no issues. Simple, easy to use.

I actually really like the monitor. The battery life doesnt last very long, but it will last all night if the screen isnt kept on. What I was surprised to learn is that it can see through clothes with its night vision mode. I thought my wife was running around without pants on, which was kind of odd at the time with her mom visiting... Turns out she did have pants on. It cant see through thick clothes or reflective material. It definitely can see through leggings, some underwear, cotton material, etc. Im just shocked that there isnt some kind of requirement to restrict this.
