We use this when visiting grandparents or traveling out of town. It works great and is compact.

Been using this monitor for a couple months now and it’s working fine so far. Once in awhile the “waiting for connection” screen will pop up even though the monitor is at the same spot it always is but I’ll just move it a few inches and it goes away. But it doesn’t happen enough to call it a problem (unlike the monitor I used prior to this one). The screen is very clear for day and night. Happy with this baby monitor. Glad I returned the other one and got this one.

We like the device overall. It does the job, the panning is quick, no need to connect to wifi, you can talk to your baby through the microphone clearly. The battery life does run out quick so you would have to recharge frequently. You have to charge about 2x a day. However, you can still use while charging if really needed. Other than that, we have used ours for 5 months now, no issues. Simple, easy to use.

I purchased this monitor a few months ago and unfortunately the hand piece stopped charging. While it is not great for a product to break so quickly, I wanted to write this review because a) sometimes there are lemons and b) their customer service was incredible. I emailed them with my issue, they responded very quickly asking for a video of the issue I was having, and immediately came up with a solution to get a new device to me quickly. I already have a new monitor and this all took place in less than a week. They gave me excellent customer service!!

Ive only had this monitor for a few days but so far Im fairly happy with it for how much it cost. It was really easy to set up and the picture quality is just as good as my old monitor which was way more expensive. The only thing Ive noticed is that the sound seems to cut in and out but its not a big issue for me. I also wish the parent unit had a clock on it but again not a huge deal for me.

Overall a good camera. I dont care for those super high tech camera systems that connect to WiFi. I just wanted a camera system that lets me see my baby when shes sleeping. And this system does just that. When I originally purchased it, I dropped the camera while in the process of mounting it to the wall and it stopped working. I reached out to customer service and explained what happened and after a few emails and unsuccessfully being able to fix the problem, they sent me a whole new camera/monitor. I would definitely order from this company again.

Really a weight off my shoulders. I can see her while I get things done around the house during her naps. Before I stopped every 5 minutes to “look at her” because I didn’t trust my audio only monitor. The volume is great, range great, picture awesome, and the mic she loves!!! I see her start to wake early I hit the mic and do my shhhh shhh sound and she smiles and goes back down easy. Also you can adjust the picture with the hand held to get the perfect view, I bought one of those screw in wire attachments so I can put the camera anywhere. She naps in her swing and I have the camera wrapped on the moving part so it moves with her. Buy this if your interested. I bought a vtech camera and it was twice the price and total trash. Can’t adjust the camera and 30 ft to my front door no signal returned it in less then 24 hours.

This in my opinion is the BEST baby monitor. No wifi needed, the picture is SO CLEAR and it picks up every sound. I tried a brand that had a bigger monitor screen but found the picture was far from clear and it really was inconvenient to carry around. I highly recommend this product
