I recommend this is very good

Solid video monitor, without WiFi. We had a $200 monitor with HD and everything for a few years and it worked great until it broke, so when we went to replace foe our second child already a year old, we didn’t want to spend too much money and tried this monitor. It works great! Picture is not as clear as my last, definitely, but to be expected. Zoom is only in or out, notable to adjust that, but it does the job. We keep it plugged in but when I do unplug for several hours sometimes, the battery seems to last a long time. Like I could probably go all night without it being plugged if I needed to.

Product wouldn’t charge after 1 month of use. Kidsneed reached out and mentioned that they have completely fixed the charging issue and also offered the option for a full refund or a new unit.

Great Monitor! Easy to use and seems to work from a good distance. Definitely a good purchase!

By far the best camera ever. I have 2 girls ,7&5 who share a room. Since purchasing this, my husband and I have finally had some moments of peace. I got this when it was on sale but I would buy it at full price 10× over. It also came with a lifetime warranty no questions asked. I am beyond happy with the purchase.

Second update: the new replacement monitor has quit working too. Video is fine, but there’s no sound. I gave up on this and purchased a different brand. Update: the company reached out via email and quickly replaced the monitor free of charge. So far it seems to be working as it should. Periodically through the day and night it glitches and has trouble getting signal, even though the monitor and receiver remain stationary. It may be because of our tin roof? It’s never for more than a couple of minutes at a time so it’s not a huge deal to me. The customer service has been really good and they seem eager to fix the problem. I bought this in June of ‘22.. now in February of ‘23 the monitor doesn’t transmit sound. It just quit randomly one day. Supposedly it’s out of warranty. Disappointed.

The first purchase, the speaker broke on the first day. Weird, maybe it was a fluke. What was interesting is my replacement came in an entirely different box. The first box, it came in a cardboard box with black and white lettering. The replacement came in a pretty, very shiny colored box. Even the chargers are different. The two units were sent only 2 days apart. Weird! Was the first unit refurbished? Maybe an older generation? I hope the new unit last because its everything I love in a baby monitor.

Ordered this in December and not even 6 months and it won’t hold a charge or stay charged. Update: I reached out to the company annd told them about my problem and they were so helpful and are sending me a new monitor. Extremely great customer service.

Monitor is crystal clear and the battery lasts for hours without charging. Great camera and monitor.

Keep getting “Waiting for Connection” and feed is cutting out.
