Greater than one weekThis is great for an inexpensive upgrade. I used it to breathe some new life into an older laptop that originally had a 250GB mechanical hard drive. Even at SATA 2 speeds (since this older machine doesnt support SATA 3) this sped up an old computer I was almost ready to recycle and has made it relevant again and useable for some time to come. The laptop is a HP G56 that I previously upgraded with a Core 2 Duo CPU (originally a single core Celeron) and 4GB of RAM (originally 3GB). Would definitely buy this again and recommend to anyone.

> 3 dayIs not the best sad, the file transfer is around 300mb for the first 4gb then it slows to 40mb but for entry level ssd is really good
