It speed up my system by a lot, just not as fast as if it was SATA 3.0 but still worth it for the price. It will half the speed between SATA 3.0 to SATA 2.0, so if you are looking for the best performance then keep in mind that information, but other than that its a worth it upgrade, even with the old 2.0.

While rebuilding a couple of machines at home, I decided to boot them off of a M.2 drive purely because I had yet to make use of a M.2 drive. There isnt a whole lot to say other than the price point makes this a hard purchase to pass up.

I bought the 240Gb drive so it definitely shouldnt have any games in it. Itll fill it up too fast and just wear the drive faster. But, as a system drive its all I can need for it. It works fast and it works well.
