well-made drain. only issue is its a bit fussy to use- you have to [osition just right to leave drain open or close as stopper to retain water. tends to fall into closed position - a bit of a nuisance. otherwise excellent product

The stopper does not reliably do its job and drains the basin the majority of the time, working properly only on occasion. I asked for a replacement, was sent one right away, and IT too will not reliably seal the drain. Mind you, this is an expensive strainer/stopper costing over $100.00. Its got to be an issue with the rubber O ring. Very dissatisfied.

When purchasing a Kohler item I am usually confident in the quality of the product. As expected the item is great, i just wish it wasnt so pricey.

This product was advertised as stainless steel, and we were charged and extra $30 (total $67.22) more for the falsely advertised chrome-plated strainer. Amazons trouble-shooter sent us a replacement, but it had the same problem. Weve spent hours trying to rectify through the given channels, but Kohler is not responding. Do not buy this item! False Advertising!

We searched everywhere for the made in America stainless version. Found it here the product identifier contains vs without c for China. Much much higher quality. Thank you for carrying this model. We are thrilled it’s the look md quality.

Expensive but worth it

Well worth the money! I had earlier purchased a different strainer from my local big box hardware store about 3 months ago. It was a made in China stainless steel strainer priced at about half the price of this Kohler. What a mistake! It actually started to rust in less than a month after installation. Shame on these stores for carrying this junk!

Straight-forward installation and magnetic strainer make this a great product.

This Kohler sink strainer was worth the price. Matches the other Kohler faucet, soap dispenser, and air vent that I purchased for the kitchen sink. The vibrant brushed nickel finish is wonderful and seems to be of very good quality.

Just what I needed.
