Updated review, Ive had it for a few months now. Im super happy with this product. It lives in my backpack next to my laptop and it works perfectly every time. The cover re-folds to become a stand. Just slip it, and the included USB-C cable into your backpack and carry it everywhere. You dont really need to read the directions; just run the provided USB-C cable between your computer and the monitor and away you go. I havent tried it on other devices or used the HDMI cable, but for what I need it for, it works perfectly.

I bought it to use while traveling to South Korea. It is a great secondary monitor and works flawlessly. The only downside was that the manual stated it would work with a cellular phone USB-C port but it just does not: more specifically, it powers on, and on, and on, and so forth so you must plug a separate power to get this worked. Samsung Phone Users You must de-activate Samsung Dex to use as a mirroring device. You can deactivate it by scrolling down the drop screen to turn off the Dex icon. Pros Good screen quality, good build quality, the magnetic stand, cover, ease of use, ready for any device, and low price point Cons A cell phone connection requires an additional power source to work unlike stated in the manual. Speakers are not loud for large areas: it is only good for small rooms.

I purchased this as an add-on display to use with my Steam Deck for when I have some downtime in a hotel while on a trip and I want to play games on a bigger, but still portable display. I owned the device for just under two months and with only light usage it eventually just refused to power on. I have requested a refund on that ground, since the product appears defective. My overall experience with using the device while it was working was mixed. When it worked, it worked as I would expect. The picture was fine and it handled 1080p just fine and was responsive. Getting it connected over the HDMI connection proved to be a trial and error process when using the Steam Decks dock. The instructions indicated that I had to connect everything up with it all being powered off, and so doing that seemed to have a higher success rate of working. Some of that compatibility might be on Valves end, but I also had trouble connective it to other devices via USB-C. I also found it annoying that the on-screen controls refused to function without any working input source, so there was no real troubleshooting I could do until the device was working, which, by that time was unnecessary. While my unit might be defective, I was not overly impressed with the user experience of this device. I think I might try another brand and see if I have better luck.

I’m not sure if it’s because of my MacBook M but I need the same link box with this portable monitor as for my home monitors. It would be better if I could plug it directly into my laptop and not need additional equipment. The screen quality it great. Additionally, I couldn’t get the sound to come through the monitor as it states. Ideally, to get four stars, it would need to be wireless for the cost.

Bought the monitor for my mini pc with Vega 10 GPU. Like: - Image quality (see photo) - Refresh rate keeps up with the games I play - Portable - Menu system very simple to use - HDMI connector - USB-C power connector - 2nd USB-C for input Could use improvement - Speakers (on the sides) not very clear or loud though that maybe because I use hearing aids - HDR turned on just seems to dim the screen and isnt recognized by the Vega 10 GPU

I was not real sure at first if this screen was going to be something I liked or not. When I received it however, it changed my mind. I feel the build quality is pretty good. I was expecting it to be kind of flimsy, but with the metal casing it gives it a feel of rigidity that I didnt expect to see. Powering it on and seeing how it looked was as expected from a 1080p screen. The picture is clear and although not the brightest screen on the market, it was brighter than I expected it to be. I have to say, I bought it with lower expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The only issue I have is purely cosmetic and preference, however the inner part of the bezel has this metallic metal that shines and it is a little distracting from the screen. These are my initial thoughts, well see how it stands up to the test of time.

The screen size and resolution are great! I purchased this to replace smaller portable monitors that cost a lot more! I use a MacBook Pro with this monitor.

I plugged it up and worked right away!! i love it. I am using it with PC. I wanted a small second screen because I dont have much more room on my desk. The only problem is that I had to order another connector to use it with my video card. That wasnt much of a hassle though. Great price!

The monitor has two USB-C ports, and a mini-HDMI port. The HDMI cable connects to the HDMI on my laptop. The monitor can be powered by the USB port on the laptop without using the USB power adaptor that came with the monitor. Monitor quality is good - clear with matte surface. The speakers on the monitor are a bit weak; I just have the audio come from the laptop. The case feels metallic and solid. The cover that came with the monitor is flexible and functional for both screen protection and as a monitor stand. Overall, a great portable monitor especially at the price point.

This screen was a godsend I needed something to extend my Laptop screen so I can view my spreadsheets side by side. I will say that this screen is wired and that is what I wanted so do not buy if you are looking for a Bluetooth screen. Thank you for an enjoyable product.
