The device is easy to use and set up. HDR works really well as well and can run games like Minecraft and COD on my Xbox without an issue. Only reason not 5 stars is it has a slight discoloration on the bottom left corner. I’m guessing from being dropped when shipped.

I had to purchase a new display monitor as my asus mb16ace monitor would no longer show udemy vids correctly due to USB C issue. The KYY monitor came securely packaged and with all the different connections needed for my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) to get connected. I am currently using the USB C power block, along with the HDMI output from my laptop. So far, everything is working as expected and is intuitive to setup. The only issue that I foresee and am still figuring out is connecting to bluetooth headphones while using the KYY display. It seems that HDMI audio must go through the KYY display only, havent discovered a way around having to use the displays audio port. Otherwise, I can continue learning and feel this is a good purchase in continuing my studies on udemy.

This product works exactly as I need it to! So far so good. The magnetized cover/stand that comes with the screen is such a nice touch for keeping it safe during travel. Image quality is great and I turned up the brightness to my liking. Cant speak for the connection to mobile devices, but very satisfied with the functions for the price of the screen!

I plugged it up and worked right away!! i love it. I am using it with PC. I wanted a small second screen because I dont have much more room on my desk. The only problem is that I had to order another connector to use it with my video card. That wasnt much of a hassle though. Great price!

Good for the price

the monitor itself is fine but the only way i could make it work with a nintendo switch was to have the nintendo power adapter plugged into a wall. it doesn’t work with a high power battery pack (more than the 2.5A the manual suggested). the speakers aren’t very good, very tinny, but i’d expect that from a monitor. especially at this price wish it worked for me :(

Works great with my MacBook Pro, and my raspberry pi. Which is what I got it for. The case is really just a folded magnetic protector, that can fold to a standing position. It’s not entirely clear how to make it stand until you look at the pictures online. The cover also comes off east. Upon opening it I nearly dropped the screen, as it slid out of the cover. So just know it’s only held on by some magnets.

Nice 1080P 17 display with Mini HDMI and USB-C video input. Power supply is also USB-C. Power can alternately be supplied from computer USB port. Power supply and USB-C to USB-C cable is included, USB-C to USB-C video cable, and HDMI standard to HDMI mini cable are included. Stereo speakers can be activated over HDMI or mini plug speaker cable (not included) but speakers are not especially loud. Nice folding cover that attaches magnetically to protect the screen and the back. Cover can be used as a stable easle stand for the screen even on uneven surfaces such as a bed or sofa. The cover does not automatically turn off the screen, but when the computer goes into sleep mode, the display automatically turns off and turns back on when the computer video signal is restored. Push button power switch also is used to select input (USB Type C1, Type C2, HDMI). Multi-function mode switch to select (by pushing in) and control volume, display (brightness, contrast, black level and sharpness), ECO (screen profiles - Standard, Game, Movie, RTS, FPS, Text), DCR (off, on), Aspect (4:3 or wide (16:9)), Color Temp (User RGB adjustable, Cool, Warm), Language (English, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Turkish, Italian, Netherlands), OSD Timer, Transparency, Blue Light level, HDR modes. I dont know what some of those screen profile appreviations mean. I found that the default display modes were acceptable, but if you want to change things, there are options. I am unable to test USB-C input since none of my computers have USB-C output and Google Pixel phone video is not supported (some Samsung, Huawei, Honor, Oppo, Razer, HTC, LG, and Asus phones are supported).

I do a lot of on-the-go work and this is so handy and great quality when I need dual screens. I dont know how I worked without one!

I desperately needed a portable external monitor for traveling. I build training courses and travel often, so I need a second monitor when Im in a hotel working on projects. This portable monitor was perfect for that situation. Its light, easy to set up, comes with a nice cover/case that doubles as the stand. Fits in my backpack/bag with my laptop and comes with all the cables for the various connections I might need. My only wish is it was touch screen, but at this price point it is more than enough to fit my needs.
