Ive owned several Lexmark products over the years and Ive never experienced any issues with any of them. This printer, while very simple compared to many printers on the market, is very nicely made, dependable, quick, and produces very high quality printed pages. Because of the simplicity of this being a printer only, set-up is little more than 10 minutes, max. I chose to connect via cord, but you have wireless options present. Printing speed, for me, hits 41 PPM. When I do speed print with this, every page is consistent in quality. No issues, of note. Sound wise, this isnt exactly a quiet printer, but its not obnoxious, either. Overall footprint is quite small; this can easily be hidden if you so choose. Overall build quality and parts are very high. As I mentioned above, Lexmark makes great stuff and this printer is no different. In sum, this is a great option for the home or small business. Its a simply monochrome printer, but if thats all you need, this is a very good, viable, well situated option. I have no reservations recommending this printer. Recommended 4 stars Cheers!

I ordered this printer to replace a much larger Canon printer I’ve had for five years that has become somewhat troublesome. A year ago the wireless connectivity failed, and more recently it’s been jamming a lot. This printer, although roughly half the size of the Canon, prints just as fast, and the print quality is just as good. It doesn’t hold quite as much paper as the Canon, but my printing volume is not so high for that to be a problem. It also lacks a scanner and FAX capability, but both of those features are becoming less necessary as we enter an era of on-line documents. It’s a good value

I purchased this for my small business. I have not been disappointed yet. The quality is fantastic. I love the speed that prints are made. This has helped streamline my audits and reports so much faster. The crispness of the ink makes my important documents look so much more business like. What I was looking for in a printer, was speed and duplex printing. This printer does both of those and does them well. it does this while providing incredibly sharp and crisp quality (1200x1200dpi) prints. This Lexmark printer is quickly becoming the workhorse in my home office, the printer I now have set as my default. Set up and installation went easily and the instructions proved very clear and simple to follow. I was easily able to set it up for my Mac and all the PCs in my house without any issue. I also connected my android phone and was able to print using google cloud print. Overall, I have to say this is a great printer (the only thing that could have made it better is if also printed color, but I knew what I was getting when I purchased it). Its connection over wifi is rock solid, and I have not ran into any print issues since installing it. The only small gripe I have is with the noise level. This printer is louder than some others I have tried, but I have to say, it is a fair compromise to get the speed offered by this printer. – I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback.

Lexmark has phone contact with a technician that guides you through process of setting up your printer.

Sometimes it prints, sometimes you can hear the spinning but nothing happens. This was under Windows 10

I was looking for an AirPrint and network capable printer that just flat out works with no quirks and this is it. Out of box to setup was less than 5 minutes and you connect it to your wifi with a smart phone app. AirPrint works great with no hiccups. I connected the printer to my PC over the wireless network in seconds. I love that there’s no wonky extra software needed to use this printer, all the default native printing services in common operating systems (Windows, iOS) just work. Thanks Lexmark for making a simple easy to use product.

I have been wanting just a monochrome printer for so very long, this is a dream. This arrived perfectly packaged and was very simple to get up and running. Important note...the enclosed instructions are not very helpful. We ended up googling assistance for getting our printer to print....and wer e happily directed to an app that set us up in less than a minute. Seems very odd that this wasn’t not put in or even on the box. That, along with how I can’t find any replacement toner cartridges...well...I hope Lexmark corrects that soon. This cartridge is supposed to be high yield so hopefully I won’t need the replacement soon.

Ive bought 2 of these now. The first was damaged in shipping and I bought another one that just doesnt print. It doesnt support any paper I put in which is just regular paper. I connected to wifi once and then it never again worked.
