Greater than one weekThis is my favorite Madeline book. I grew up with it, have memorized it from hearing it so often and now have the pleasure of reading it to my granddaughter.

> 3 dayRaise a fierce daughter—give her Madeline! I did, and now my 36 year old daughter is an FBI special agent. “And to the tigers in the zoo, my girl just says ‘poo poo’.” ;-)

> 3 dayGot this new but original version of the first Madeline book about a little girl who....well, if you know the story, here it is in all its perfection. If you havent read or know the story, Ill not spoil it for you. Got the book to go with the Madeline 16 Soft doll on her 75th anniversary (1939-2014). Classic storybook for the little ones in your life. Even if you dont buy the book, get it from the library to pass along to future generations-if for nothing more than historical trivia.

> 3 dayRemembering Madeline from my childhood, I couldnt resist purchasing a copy for my granddaughter. We read it together, and she absolutely loved it! Although its from a different era than hers, she could relate to it all, and found it fascinating. She wants to hear it over and over, and will soon be reading it herself. You cant go wrong with this classic!
