I was convinced by Amazon that buying renewed would be beneficial to the world and eco-friendly, so I trusted them and bought a renewed laptop. The laptop itself was great, I actually ended up loving the laptop. Everything worked fine and it seemed like new for the first week give or take... except for the charger. The charger is similar to Apples chargers in the sense that you can put in in any direction and it should still charge. Well, my charger right out of the box was already problematic and I had to angle it just right to get my laptop to charge. Fast forward to last night and my charger just stops working. I tried all the different angles and blowing into it and everything but my laptop will just not charge any more. Returning it ASAP since I literally cannot use it any more. /:

Loved the seller, they handled the laptop with care. There is no damage done to the laptop and everything works perfectly. The only problem is the fan on this laptop is sorta noisy, but its still a good laptop.

Very good, high-efficient laptop for school and business. The only thing I have a problem with is poor battery life- the battery drains itself while closed so I always have to keep it connected to the charger. Other than that, very good!!

En la descripción en Amazon indica una velocidad de 3.6 mhz pero al final solo tiene 1 mhz. Es mentira lo que escribe. No la devuelvo porque es para un regalo. Pero no debería comprar a este distribuidor. Fatal.

Value for money

The Window 10 in S mode as it comes with the labtop makes setup difficult. I cant add home printer as easy as with other Surface devices. The MicroSoft support technician cannnot help to get it up either. Yes, we can Switch out of S mode, but wouldnt that defeat the purpose of getting a higher security with a new computer when price higher than old products?

Got this laptop to replace my 2 yo hp laptop. Very happy with this choice.

Computer is perfect and its exactly what I wanted for the price I am paying.

It kept restarting once in few mins.

As a truck driver and part time nerd, I really like my gadgets. I was looking for a laptop that was easy to take with me in the truck for my various needs. I wanted something thin and light that would let me watch media, as well as edit some video, surf the net, and do some trading along the way. I was actually excited about the new MacBook Airs with the M1 processor and was seriously thinking of buying one when I saw this available and thought Id give it a shot.
