> 3 dayI researched several computers to replace an 8 year old laptop. My husband and son have Surface models and have really liked them. I chose this model because of the keyboard and screen size. They’re a little smaller than my old laptop but still fit my needs and I really like how lightweight it is. It was easy to set up and is working perfectly. The three color choices are also a nice option.

> 3 dayThis is was I was expecting from Microsoft, very light and nice looking machine. The screen is awesome and the responsiveness excellent. The touchpad is so soft that for the first time I preferred to use it better than the mouse.

> 3 dayDidnt want to wait two days so I went brick and motor to buy this today. Laptop manufacturers take note, THIS is how you do a cost down version of a premium product. I got the 128Gb model and I would highly recommend not getting the $550 unless thats the absolute limit on what you can spend.

> 3 dayI took a while to write this because I wanted to use this laptop a little. I got the 8gb RAM 256gb of space. This is a fine laptop. I find the size to be very nice, I have no troubles with the keyboard (if youre buying from another country youll face the common issues with the specific characters related to the country youre buying from, but like I said, I have no troubles with that). The appearance of the laptop is very elegant and the touchscreen works very good. It only has three ports (one USB standard, the USB-C, and the audio jack, if Im correct), if you need more you have to get the adaptor, I wouldnt mind if there was another USB Standard at least.

> 3 dayThe only complaints I have so far are that the keyboard doesnt seem to have a backlight for making being in the dark with it easier, nor does the mouse/finger pad work like normal. I cannot for the life of me figure out if its a user problem or a computer problem. I have had to install a wireless mouse to use for when Im trying to select text to copy or drag and drop or whatever. I have to use the touchscreen if I want to move the windows around. All this because the parts of the finger pad that are supposed function as the right/left clicks do not appear to be working.

> 3 dayDidn’t find any accessible information on the free windows 11. There was “NO” mention that you had to buy the software and that it wasn’t included already downloaded. I think people should be aware of that. It was very upsetting because I now have to pay for the software every year!!!
