Fantastic, sturdy bag. Easily fits my Alienware 17 laptop, adapter, tablet, books, snacks and other miscellaneous items. It has enough pen holders, pockets and compartments to suit all your needs. Be aware though that it can get surprisingly heavy when fully loaded. Its cushioned and padded enough that one wont worry if it falls from say a chair. I wouldnt want to drop it from a higher place though! I havent used the shoulder strap yet so I cant comment on the comfort of carrying it on your shoulder. The regular handle is holding up well and I regularly pack carry this thing around everywhere. Its a pretty good workout for your forearms! All in all I highly recommend this bag for the alienware 17 laptop.

I use this as a carry on for my Alienware and all my electronic devices. Works as designed and all the additional pockets are great. Had no problem getting thru TSA without removing anything. Just open up the laptop specific section and go. I just wish it had inserts for different laptop sizes. I normally travel with my Alienware 13 R3 and I have to find ways to secure it better in the laptop pocket so it doesnt move about.

I would like to say that this bag is great in terms of protection for your expensive laptop, perfect fit for the gear plus other light items you be willing to carry with you. The only thing I would like to change would be the logo, since it does not look professional. Other wise Ive been happy with it.

Excellent case! Caveat to flying with it and not taking it out of the case is the TSA won’t run it through if there is anything else in the bag like accessories. It’s a great case though and I would order it again!

I love my alienware laptop and got the bag to travel with it. I switched to bag out for a backpack given the weight of the laptop. Great design and construction. Just a matter of preference whether you want a shoulder bag or backpack.

It fits snug, but it fits. I dont know who these other people are reviewing but this bag will hold a massive laptop. These people are paid spammers im sure to give a descent bag discredit. Beware... this bag is built well and seems to be good quality. If the Bag rips more than likely its bc you are not taking proper care or an accident happened. The bag does what its intended to do. I recommend

I purchased an Alienware 17 R3 gaming laptop earlier in the month. I havent tried that many laptop bags over the years, however, this one really does have my attention. It is one amazing bag. It fits the laptop, a cooling pad from Kootek (which is pretty big), it carries all the cords, an external optical drive, my mouse, and I still have a lot more room for some other goods. This bag can hold almost all, if not all, of your supplies you need. I have seen some mediocre ratings when it comes to the durability of these bags. Despite that, I decided to give this bag a try. So far I have no negative comments about this. I do wish there was some more padding for the laptop, however, it can be easily fixed by adding some cloth or by adding a smaller towel. (This is mainly just for me because I dont want the laptop and the cooling pad rubbing together.) I sure hope the bag turns out to be durable. I dont plan on abusing it so I will see and update the review if anything changes. Overall, this bag is a great buy. You will not regret buying this bag, I promise!

I really like the bag, its decently comfortable for someone like me who likes to carry my laptop to school with everything else. My biggest complaint is that the stitching for the inside if the bag is very week. I read reviews about the stitching tearing but I decided to try it for myself. The stitching in my bag was exposed in under a week of having the bag. I would have returned it but due to issues in the past with returning defective (or bad) items I have purchased online, I decided to just keep the bag I payed so much money for even thought it cropped on me in under a week..

I love it. Granted, Ill look like a superannuated nerd when carrying this bag on vacation, but its big enough and organized enough to carry my 17.3 laptop, camera, all the accessories, the usual carry-on items, and all the necessities from my purse. What a joy it will be to lug only one item onto the plane. The bag seems to be very well made and Im not anticipating problems, but will update the review if any issues arise.

I purchased this bag 9 1/2 months ago through Amazon. It seemed nice and durable with enough compartments to hold all of my accessories and my 17 Macbook Pro, which fit nicely. The zipper on the middle compartment started to separate from the case a few weeks ago and then rapidly got worse (this is with moderate use). It is at the point where I can no longer slide the zipper-pull as it gets stuck where it is coming apart, rendering that compartment useless. Called Alienware customer service (India) and was informed that the warranty was not in effect. I said its a lifetime warranty. After putting me on hold for a few minutes, she told me that if I had purchased it directly through them, MAYBE there would be something they could do (how convenient). I contacted Amazon and explained the situation and mentioned the lifetime warranty which is clearly noted in the item description. She agreed and gave me the option of having a replacement sent or a refund. Hmmmmm, should I go with Alienware again? No way in H-E-double hockey sticks. Dont be fooled by the high ratings, I attribute that to premature reviews (due to well-meaning customers who havent had the product long enough for the bag to reveal its flaws). As usual, Amazon continues to deliver - 5 stars for them, 1 for the bag.

Carrying your gear in the Alienware Orion messenger bag is as comfortable as it is convenient due to the extra-thick, padded shoulder strap. Alien accents throughout the bag, including the bold, black chrome Alien Head icon on the front, set this bag apart from the crowd. Accommodates large laptops up to 17.3.
