Greater than one weekI bought this bag for my husband for Xmas. He loves the design as its big enough for his 17 laptop and a few accessories but still small enough to fit under airplane seats. Unfortunately one of the handles came loose on his first business trip because the stiching came undone at the seam. Since I ordered it at the end of November and his first trip was the end of January, I was concerned about how to arrange an exchange. I first tried Alienware (Dell) who promptly told me I didnt mean anything to them if I didnt have a Dell invoice. Then I contacted Amazon Customer Service and got a very helpful woman who quickly arranged for the return and replacement. While its too bad that the quality of the first bag wasnt up to par, I am thankful for Amazons excellent service and Im hopeful that the next bag will hold up better for my husband. Thank you Amazon! (5 star service with a 4 star product)

> 3 dayWorth the money$$. Nice sturdy bag. It’s very thick and has enough room to store your laptop and accessories. It’s thick enough to protect your laptop being tossed around. Worth the costs for peace of mind and safety of your equipment.

> 3 dayThis bag was purchased primarily to serve as a laptop bag for day-to-day operations, but it recently underwent strenuous activity on a 2.5-week vacation to Europe. The bag was a great fit for my 17.3-inch HP laptop, and it also fit a handful of magazines, an iPod, Kindle Fire, all accompanying cords, several outlet converters and a host of other items. But the best part was when we started stuffing it. As the trip progressed, our bags got heavier and heavier with items we were bringing back. This ended up serving as an additional piece of luggage, full of clothing, souvenirs and many other items in addition to what was listed above. The heavy-duty zippers withstood the punishment just fine, and the thick padding ensured that everything was safe. And my laptop? It was safe and sound in its own compartment (check-point friendly) which is offset in such a way that even if you stuff the bag, the laptop section is unaffected. I highly recommend this bag.

> 3 dayI bought this for my fiance and he absolutely loves it! He has a pretty big laptop, a Dell 17 so I wanted to make sure I got a bag big enough. He loves this so much, it fits his wires, chargers, Ipad and Laptop and has such good padding for protection. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayI am more than pleased with my purchase. This bag is a lot more than I thought it would be, but it should be for the price tag. Tons of pockets and different storage options. I can honestly say bag did not see much use before I upgraded to the m18x r2 and had to get a new case (maybe 3 months worth of taking to class/friends house 3-5 days a week). Bag does offer a pretty good level of protection, dropped bag TWICE with laptop, charger, mouse, PS vita, and a Nintendo DS from about 3 ft and the 2nd time about 5 feet. Not even a scratch on the bag. I also like the carrying strap, much more comfortable then most bags I have owned in the past. Pros: Lightweight, great quality material, great quality zipper/zipper pulls, tons of different pockets and storage options, airport/check friendly, protective, sleek head turner Cons: Price, very front pocket, while handy, seems a little small, laptop is slightly loose if nothing else is placed into bag

> 3 dayYou can stuff so much stuff in this thing its practically ridiculous. Large, well constructed and thoughtfully laid out. Its an excellent gadget bag for travelling and youll be able to take all that you need to keep you from getting bored, or to stay productive on long trips.

> 3 dayAt first I was pretty excited about this bag, especially how sleek it looked. When it arrived, I noticed it was ripped in the back. I guess I could have lived with it, but when I tried it on it was way too big and floppy with just a few things in it like a book, a binder and various school items. Once I put my 17 laptop in it it was just over sized and cumbersome. Testing it out walking in the house it was BANG BANG BANG against my hip and back. Cant imagine thats good for a laptop. Also its a little chintzy on padding in some crucial spots. Looks cool, but not very practical if you want to travel very far. Decided too many cons to forgive the damage which would surely rip further in a short time. Back to Amazon it goes. I will be buying another bag.

> 3 dayI use this as a carry on for my Alienware and all my electronic devices. Works as designed and all the additional pockets are great. Had no problem getting thru TSA without removing anything. Just open up the laptop specific section and go. I just wish it had inserts for different laptop sizes. I normally travel with my Alienware 13 R3 and I have to find ways to secure it better in the laptop pocket so it doesnt move about.
