> 3 dayI hate to be giving this bag a 1 Star review because it is the best laptop bag Ive ever owned. Ive always had trouble finding a good 17 inch bag for my laptops, but this one is perfect. With that said, here is why Im giving it one star: I bought this bag on May 13 of 2015. On May 8 of 2016 (less than a year later) I noticed that the handles were coming off. The stitching that ties the handles and the bag together are not strong. I have not used this bag for heavy travel. This bag is basically used during my commute from home to work and back. I use it twice a day. Once to go to work, and one to go home. If using this bag twice a day for less than a year destroys its straps, I can only imagine what will happen in a few more years. So I contacted Alienware. After 10 minutes on hold I was met by a kind Indian named Wayne (cute isnt it?), who kindly told me that Dell doesnt have a warranty on this product. Despite the fact that it says Lifetime Warranty right there on the listing. Nope. Dell/Alienware took zero responsibility and then told me to contact Amazon. Luckily Amazon knows what its doing. It knows to appreciate the business of someone who has been a Prime member from the start. They admitted that it says Lifetime Warranty right there and agreed to send me a new bag. So if you want a good bag, this one is great! I just hope you dont need customer support from Alienware after the fact. If you do, dont bother: call Amazon instead.

Greater than one weekI had purchased another high quality brand from a high end department store in the upstate NY area. We paid around $250 for the other brand thinking that if we spent the extra money the build quality would be the best. We were wrong. The high end bag strap fell apart and the bag itself started to fall apart. I went online and found this one and it has performed flawlessly! I felt I could trust Alienware because of their great computer products. This is a durable bag with a lot of great features. A lot of thought went into the design from the compartments to the exterior design. This bag is well worth the money!

> 3 dayI got this for my Alienware m17x because there was nothing else I could find to fit it :) I was sort of worried about getting this because of many reviews stating that the quality was not up to par, but I have mine completely loaded (probably weighs over 20 pounds with my notebook in it) and I havent had any quaity problems whatsoever. They say this is checkpoint friendly, but I think thats just a marketing gimmick as its just a clear plastic liner where the notebook sits, I seriously doubt that would do anything at all to help speed up your checkpoint visits, not that I would ever want to travel on a plane with my Alienware... Its a little tricky to get the notebook in and out of the sleeve its designed for as there is a bit of lip blocking the top of the slot, but its not big deal and once its in its secure. Personally I think that this is too expensive for a simple computer bag, but I really had no choice as I was tired of carrying my Alienware half out of my other bag. Pros: Fits my Alienware! Sturdy Lots of pockets Cons: Too Expensive Not really difficult, but involved to get the notebook in and out of the slot for it.

> 3 dayYou can stuff so much stuff in this thing its practically ridiculous. Large, well constructed and thoughtfully laid out. Its an excellent gadget bag for travelling and youll be able to take all that you need to keep you from getting bored, or to stay productive on long trips.

> 3 dayI bought this bag to fit my 17 Alienware laptop. I made my purchase on June 6, 2019. Today is November 12, 2019 and one of the zippers has started to lose its stitching. I expect something I paid over $70 for to last more than 5 months. I use this 5 days a week to go to work. Would I buy it again? Probably if it were cheaper.

> 3 dayThis was my first Amazon purchase. I needed a bag to fit my M15X (i7 model) which has HUGE diameters. Unfortunately, i couldnt purchase this bag anywhere in Australia. So i got this shipped to a friend in the US (typical how only the good products are restricted from overseas shipping) and he shipped it to me...and yes, it was worth the exuberant ($150+AU) shipping cost due to its oversized package. This bag has EVERYTHING you could ever want: * Great padding for your laptop * RF pocket to stop reception being received by your mobile phone (good for meetings and planes# * Quality adjustable strap * HEAPS of room for all your peripherals #you can even chuck in a netbook in the middle pocket# * Internal pockets galore #mp3 pocket, business card pocket etc...# * A nice design. Its a great balance between casual outings and executive meetings. And for all those looking for a bag to fit their laptop, if it can fit the M15X #i7) then it will fit most desktop replacements. You pay for quality and this is a fine example of the saying `what you pay is what you get. I rate a 5/5.

> 3 dayThe most useful and sturdy laptop travel bag Ive ever owned. 17.3 laptop fits comfortably in this quality laptop case. Hard panel with the Alienware logo on it gives added protection to contents. Airport checkpoints are a breeze with this bag and theres plenty of room for cables, chargers and other electronic devices. There are dividers and pockets for a book or two, papers, pens, magazines etc. and in warm weather you could even pack a change of clothes (shorts, T-shirt etc.)

Greater than one weekI ordered this messenger bag for my husbands new Alienware computer. As it is a special size, it will not fit into normal computer bags. I looked on the bottom of the computer to find the computer size. Then, I looked for a bag made specifically for that size Alienware computer. This one perfectly fits the bill. It is heavily padded. There are lots of pockets to put specific items. My husband loves it!

> 3 dayI have gotten quite a few nice words about the attractiveness of this bag. More than that it is well-built and should prove to withstand the test of time. I have worn out several messenger bags and this one looks most promising so far. The security check features make it really nice to get through the TSA lines at the airport as you dont have to take out the laptop, Ive even had a few TSA agents mention they LOVE those kinds of bags for scanning. Greta product, and the compartments inside are well placed and the padding and strap seem to be good for the long haul. I carry two and even three laptops with me in this bag for work and travelling, and its done well so far.
