Greater than one weekI cant say enough great things about this product! Im a 60-year-old active woman whos had both my knees and both hips replaced due to osteoarthritis. I wish I wouldve had this product prior to my surgeries! Though I dont use it as a grab bar now, I wanted this feature as I grow old alone. I just had my master bath gutted down to the studs, and I wanted my new formal bath to have lots of safety features without looking fuddy-duddy. This product is great because it combines function and form, yet doesnt look like a typical grab bar. I also like the fact that toilet paper can be changed so easily -- no more fumbling with those darn spring-designed t-paper holders! ;-)

> 3 dayI was a little worried about the ease of installation and how solid the result would be when attaching to drywall. Indeed, I had to measure very carefully to drill holes in the right places and perfectly level. And, as it was, one hole was almost obstructed by a plastic water pipe that was not detected by my very basic stud finder. But the end result was perfect. The grab bar is very solid. We have always liked the open-ended style of toilet paper holder since we first encountered it in Germany in 1990, so this device is a perfect combination.

> 3 dayWe have a small bathroom and two adults in the household who need assistance to sit and stand up again. This is good looking and works well for both purposes. The only thing I might change would be to make the end flange that keeps the toilet paper on slightly larger, though this one still works better than our old single use holder which was broken when it was grabbed at to slow a fall. With hindsight I should probably have installed it with the open end slanted slightly up. This would not be hard to do with the installation hardware included. The paper would probably stay put better if there was room to install it on the left side (from a seated position that is). Great product, elegant and functional. Feb 20, 2014 Had to move due to a house fire, and this is one of the first items that we are buying for the new place. Cant think of any combination of tp holder and grab bar that would work as well.

> 3 dayThe relatively large installation holes, combined with the requirement to miss any studs made installation a little spooky. But all went smoothly when following instructions. Strong assistance support. Utilitarian attractive with easy toilet paper dispensing/changing.

> 3 dayBought this as a first step helping an older family member with mobility challenge. Was so happy I bought another for the other downstairs room. Cannot see myself ever not putting them in future homes. Looks good, very helpful for those that need it, and no spring flying about when you change the roll!

> 3 dayInstall was so easy! (26 y/o female with no prior experience) Borrowed a drill and had to buy a hole saw attachment. Maybe took 20 minutes. Hasnt come off the wall yet! Also, I bought this for my mom who hated the idea of handicap-anything and made it more of an interior design project. She thinks it looks great and is safe now.

> 3 dayThis was a great solution in our guest bathroom for my parents and friends that need a little stability assistance without it looking like we made a handicap bathroom. Installed one in my business as well.

> 3 dayVery nice to have a handle and a toilet paper holder in one unit. The design is interesting. It is too short to screw to two standard US studs, so it comes with an interesting mount system. You drill 1 1/4 holes in your wall, then slip the mounts in and pull them tight against the back of the wall, like an oversize molly bolt. Screw the plates on the outside of the wall, then use the allen wrench to tighten the set screws in place to hold the bar on the wall. The wall mounts are quite well thought out. The set screws are the hard part of the installation. Theres very little room between the wall and the trim rings. There are three set screws per post. Tightening each screw with an allen wrench was tedious. After installed, it is sturdy and Im glad to have it. It has saved me from falling several times. I believe the load limit is 250 pounds, so its not as strong as a standard handicap hand rail. Arthritis sufferers will appreciate how easy it it to change toilet paper rolls. Slide it right on, no springing rolls, etc. Much easier plus gives you a safe handle.
