Made one hole through 5/4” decking spring came off and blade became extremely dull! If not for wood my mistake but it’s definitely a fight for the second hole!

EDIT: After using a better drill bit and Blue Loctite on set screw,, the hole saw worked fine. Bumped it up to 3 stars and overall, disappointed but made it work. Drill bit did not center properly and even broke on a test piece. Will update after I use a different bit and am able to complete an actual cut. This is currently being used on aluminum, 1/2 thick.

I was skeptical about these by how cheap they are, but it works great. I even decided to buy the 5 pack afterwards.

I was originally happy that I found a cheaper hole saw compared to the EZARC brand I bought previously but the picture showed the result after the first use. All the carbide cutting tips that are welded onto the tool broke off from their welding. I was trying to cut through about a 1/8 sheet metal. Sheet metal 1, Mollom Hole Saw 0

Heavy duty tool that is way more than a DIY project needs. Cost was great for the tool. It puts other hole cutters to shame.

I ordered this item and was a little sceptical at first. Needed a hole saw to cut Stainless Steel and wasnt getting good results with regular brands. The first time I used it, it went thru the steel like butter. Cust fast and clean. I did made sure I used Tap Magic cutting oil and a low rpm for my specific job. After 20 cuts it still going. Will order again.

You get what you pay for with this. It has carbide teeth but expect several to break off if you have more than one hole to drill. 4 holes in 1/4 mild steel and itll be past time for a new one.

Nice bit which drills evenly and quickly through stainless steel.. I have no regrets.

I’m in construction and have to drill holes in metal studs often. Regular hole saws get hot and don’t stay sharp for very long. This saw is just the opposite last forever, and is twice as fast. It’s a beast.
