> 3 dayOwned this 1” (25 mm) hole saw for all of 14 hours, the carbide teeth lasted about 2 minutes while drilling low carbon mild steel. I bought this bit hoping to drill 6 super smooth holes in 1/4” mild steel as I had purchased a smaller 3/4” bit from another source that worked great in the same material and much harder material. All the teeth on this bit broke off with only 60 percent of the first hole cut. Bit is Completely unusable now check the photo. For reference, I finished cutting the first hole with a regular bi-metal hole saw that was countless years old and literally missing 3 teeth. I then cut the remaining 5 holes with the bi metal blade so it wasn’t because the steel was too hard.

Greater than one weekFor the price I thought this was a throw away but it was quite nice. Have not subjected it to repeated use but surprisingly good.

> 3 dayUsed on my drill press to cut 3/16 steel plate . My experience with normal hole saws has not been good , but this hole saw cut thru the material with no damage to the tool. Starting another cut soon - but pretty sure it will handle it . Next hole saw I buy for metal will definitely be Mollom !

> 3 dayNot bad. I cut our kitchen sink that has 18 gate metal. It cut fairly easy. Would recommend

> 3 daySo typically, a hole saw is a couple mm’s over what it’s supposed to be due to poor teeth alignment. However, this hole saw is PERFECTLY 48mm. go figure… 6 stars

> 3 dayspring applies pressure on wood before blowing out and splintering the backside of the cutout. wood dust also clogs the cutting teeth.

Greater than one weekWas checking on the comments and trying to buy one. Although not as good as Klein, looks all things go fine, better than the cost. Worth it.
