> 3 dayNeeded this to isolate broken screws attaching my deck stair treads so I could replace them. Using a 3/4 thick wood template to guide (could not use furnished centering drill as it would contact broken rusty screws) was able to remove old treads leaving the 5/8 core which I then split with a chisel and removed.

> 3 dayThe pilot screw breaks easily. Was just trying to go into 4 PVC Schedule 40 and the bit breaks like nothing. Seems to be a good product, but the pilot drill bit is very flimsy. This is paperweight now until I can buy another pilot screw. Not strong at all.

Greater than one weekTCT holesaws can be damaged by impact. The box protects the carbide tips nicely. While I would have preferred a different size selection, this set is a good compromise for the money. The only thing I would like to be different is the shank. If the lower portion were a Weldon shank, it would fit in a magnetic drill chuck, enhancing usability.

> 3 dayI’m in construction and have to drill holes in metal studs often. Regular hole saws get hot and don’t stay sharp for very long. This saw is just the opposite last forever, and is twice as fast. It’s a beast.

> 3 dayIn a previous post, numbers were inverted. And I had given only a 3 star for this product. I am sorry for the misinformation. This product is fine and we are using it. It came in on time as stated in the order section. Again, I am sorry for the mix up.
