> 24 hourI use this for everything from an eating utensil to finishing a hole in a door where I installed a deadbolt. You cannot get more knife for the money and Mora has a great reputation.

> 24 hourThe blade came dull. It will not slice through notebook paper. I tried to sharpen it with a wet stone, but it still wont become razor sharp. What a disappointment. A knife not sharp enough to make a clean slice through paper is not a knife worth having. Oh, and I ended up scratching the blade terribly in my attempt to sharpen it. This knife is a piece of crap. Definitely going in the trash! I will not buy Morakniv knives again. It is said carbon steel is easier to sharpen and stays sharp longer than stainless. What a load of baloney!

> 24 hourLove Morakniv knives. Wish the Companion was compatible with a firesteel but otherwise a strong knife.

> 24 hourThis companion knife was ordered as a gift for my Boy Scout Leader niece. I own a Bushcraft Black by Mora so I know from experience the brand is consistently reliable across the entire line. Niece loves it.

> 24 hourExcellent, well made product, crafted, at an attractive pricepoint. This particular model has a thicker blade than the previous model I had ordered

> 24 hourMine came with a small chip in the blade more towards the tip. I would rate it an absolute 5 if it hadnt been for that. The chip came right out with some honing anyways but what do you expect from an $18 blade? Lightweight, comfortable in hand, and came razor sharp. Dont even hesitate, just buy it.

> 24 hourI bought 3 of these at the factory while in Sweden several years ago. Bought 2 from Amazon for Christmas gifts...same great knives. To the clueless reviewers that have left 1 star ratings, carbon steel rusts. If you cut lemons it will discolor. If you soak it in lemon juice it will discolor with the upside that it will be protected from rust forever. Kind of like blueing a gun barrel. If you want stainless they make those as well...I prefer the carbon.
