Motion Pro 08-0470 PBR Chain Breaker

This thing is an absolute unit. Everything that I didn’t like about the cheaper tools was solved with this purchase. The case it comes in way smaller than any other I’ve had and could easily be carried on a trip. I have nothing negative to say about this tool.

I like this kit. Busted the chain breaker point (or whatever its called) on the last one due to misalignment. This one works great and is very simple to use due to the writing on it.

Dont waste your money buying something twice and pay for this once! Great tool and totally worth the price. Ive been through several cheap chain breakers and all of them break on first use. Not this thing! Made taking and putting on my 530 chain a breeze! Why didnt I buy this sooner?!

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. The only tool you need to break a chain press a master link and peen a rivet. Cannot recommend highly enough. Very well thought out and designed.

This tool is what you need if you change your own chains on your motorcycles. Good for using with either Clip Master Links and Rivet Master Links.

The best tool to have for serious builders

Worked very well for pressing the hollow nose rivet in my 530 chain. I did crack the magnet inside the head however I had the small bolt too tight. Worked great once I figured that out. Ooh and lube it! Lube all threads and riveting contact face. Used on a 1999 street triple

This is a decent little tool that as soon as you pick up the main piece, youll know where most of your money went. It also performs exceptionally well with one serious caveat. The first time i put this thing to use, the round-nose rivet attachment exploded in my face and across the garage with sharp metal shards traveling at speeds I dont have the instruments to measure accurately. I didnt crank down on it with my spaghetti arms and I followed all directions to a T. Wear safety goggles and keep your mouth closed if thats how you roll. And buy a few spares of the rivet-nose round attachment, found on amazon for around $12 apiece. I only marked this a 2 because of the danger factor involved. Youve been warned.
