Motion Pro 08-0470 PBR Chain Breaker

Very easy to use, would recommend to anyone.

First time I used it I had a thread break off about a 1/4 of the way of the threads, I had to clean it up and it still functions.

Took less than 30 seconds to break apart the 520 chain w/O-rings. (This is a brand new 520 chain) Only real problem was that the product came sligtly used but was supposed to be brand new. Other than that no problems.

I used this for pressing and riveting the master link of my Primary Drive (brand) chain for my KTM 1090 R. I knocked off a half star because there was rust build up around the bolts. Otherwise very solid tool if you own motorcycles with various types of chains. Love the motion pro stuff!

It makes me laugh when I read reviews of this product failing. Obviously those users thought they were too smart to read the instructions. The pin will not break when pushing out the chain pin, IF used correctly. Pay attention, and do not keep the push pin too far extended, otherwise, yes, it will bend! Great product. I can see using this for many many many years!

Worked very well for pressing the hollow nose rivet in my 530 chain. I did crack the magnet inside the head however I had the small bolt too tight. Worked great once I figured that out. Ooh and lube it! Lube all threads and riveting contact face. Used on a 1999 street triple
