19-11-2024Ive only used this tool once so far since Ive only changed my front tire on my dual sport bike once. This product not only helps break the bead of the tire, but it also can be used as extra spoons. I always carry this on my motorcycle tool kit.

> 3 dayThis kit, paired with the appropriately sized Motion Pro axle nut lever tool give you a complete set of tools to remove your rear wheel and change a flat tube. I have a set on all my tubed bikes. Its lightweight and packs well. Great stuff. A bit expensive, but its a very specialized tool, and is well made.

> 3 daySome time ago I did my first tire change on my motorcycle. It took me almost 6 freaking hours to get those tires off the rims and install them back! Then I decided to invest some money in proper tools as no way I would allow to spent so much time on the trail. So I did. With this tool it took me 30 minutes to do the same operation one more time for both tires. This tool is not made of steel but rather of some sort pretty tough metal (not allow I think) so its lightweight enough to keep it with me while riding all the time. Highly recommend it to all DIY mechanics who prefer to do their tire change on their own! It will save a lot of time!

> 3 dayOutstanding. The only better irons are the long steel versions of these, but those are long, heavy and hard to pack when youre trying to stay light. Ive changed numerous heavy-duty motorcycle tires with these, to include notoriously stiff Heidenaus and Mitas Dakar. Combined with the combo spoon/24mm wrench iron from MotionPro, they comprise my trailside tire kit.

> 3 dayThis is my second set of these. I have two bikes and wanted a set for each. When you are out in the mountains all alone with a flat you will not be sorry you have them.

> 3 dayI tried these on my 17 sportbike tire. I was not impressed with them much at all honestly. there are a bit short to really get good leverage trying to take off the tire. I ended up giving up on these and going back to my old spoons. these might be good for an enduro and off-road style tire but i would not recommend them for a sportbike tire.

> 3 dayThis is a good tool. Both breaks the bead, but also helps keep the tire sidewall down in the rim when removing or replacing tire with spoons. Ive used it in the garage to replace 4 tires, worked really good. I have not had to change a tire in the field, but I think it will help me a lot.

> 3 dayIve used many bead breakers. Side stand, c-clamp, best rest etc. I had high hopes for these since the weight is minimal and its simple. It saves me the space and weight of two other irons. They broke the bead on my 150/70-17 Heidenau K60 (F800GSA). It took a few times with line but they broke after three tries. Much faster, lighter and simpler than using any other method. I had heard complaints about the angle of the iron but they worked great. Took me a total of 20 minutes to remove and replace my K60. Use your knees! Watch the BestRest video, it saved me loads of time. Love Motion Pro.
