Greater than one weekThe tempered glass side panel came damaged and when we tried to install it the whole panel shattered everywhere. I need a replacement because obviously the panel that shattered was defective. Update, I was promised a new tempered glass side panel by the manufacturer and Amazon but nothing has arrived as a replacement. At this point I should be refunded the price for the entire computer tower purchase. I am going to have to replace the whole computer tower unit, obviously, with a new manufacturer and not through Amazon. Very surprised that Amazon left me out to dry over this issue. It is Amazons responsibility to satisfy problems with orders from their third party vendors. Update: MUSETEX made a complete course correction and refunded my order and sent a replacement unit. Thank you for standing behind your product.

> 3 dayOverall the case works. Has good room and wasnt a hassle to connect all 6 fans (since theyre connect to a main controller). Came with a RGB controller, easy to use. I purchased it mainly because of its many pre-installed fans which there are many of. The only bad thing I could nitpick would be the glass panel at the front potentially restricts airflow. Taking off the panel would increase airflow but it doesnt look as good and more importantly leaves the fans vulnerable to foreign objects. Front introduces dust and unlike the top and bottom dust filters, the front of the tower (the one that sucks in air and dust) has no filter or mesh of any kind. Even with two dust filters at the top and bottom, the inside will accumulate dust very quickly. The best resort would be to create or purchase a dust filter that can filter the air from the dust at the front. Taking off the front glass panel if you choose to game with it. RGB works. All USB ports work. There are a few scratches on the case upon arrival but as long as all the fans are working Im fine. Ill update the review in the coming months to see if one of them stops spinning or the moment the fans begin dying out. I feel the amount of pre-installed fans is what made me choose this case over others whos tower may have had a front mesh to prevent dust. If this had a front mesh itd be a five star product.

> 3 dayThis case is a good price and looks pretty cool. I had to take out 3 of the fans to get the full size motherboard in but that wasn’t too bad. My biggest issue is the power supply cove is so small!! I had to bend the case out with pliers and beat the power supply into place. This leaves the wires no room and they are jammed right out of the unit and up into the case which is not good. I’d hardly call it a gaming case if an average size psu doesn’t truly fit.

Greater than one weekSolid case I love everything about it only had 2 issues, 1 minor and 1 major The minor issue was just one of the fans made it difficult to install the motherboard, luckily I was able to get in there without removing the fan The major one is whoever made the case screwed up on the wiring for the buttons so the RGB button on the top of the case acts as the power button and the power button is the RGB button, scared the living sh*t out of me because I thought my motherboard I purchased was broken, but nope it’s because the button I was pressing (the original power button) wasn’t the actual power button and it was because of random button pressing and by accident did I discover the issue Other than that though, I love the case and I actually take the miswired buttons as another feature to make mine more special (just like me) from an average case, and it’s a funny story to tell, but it also almost cost me another 400 dollars on a new motherboard

> 3 dayFirst off let me say I like the tower now that it is complete. The glass looks great and everything works like it should. However the build process is horrible. It does have pretty decent access to run cables cleanly but when you get to the hdd install it is a pain in the ass. You have to reach way into the bottom to access one side and you have to disassemble the front glass panel and lower fan to access the other side. This all could have been avoided by simply mounting them in another direction where the mounting can be done from the side panel access. That being said it runs pretty quiet and the lighting is pretty cool when coupled with an rgb keyboard and mouse.

> 3 dayThis case looks amazing, but for a more modern gaming build youll run into a variety of space issues; cable management on the back side is a pain at every turn due to the lack of space. HDDs fit but theres little room for the Sata cables to plug in without a 90 degree bend. The PSU installation and even more nightmarish removal process will take a while to figure out. Theres little space for the cables that connect to the PSU to run out or be connected prior to being inserted in the compartment. Removal requires some scratches to your hardware and likely bending the case with some force. Back case panel doesnt fully close once the hard drive and PSU cables are installed There is no room for aio cards larger than 120mm, and decent ram sticks. 240mm front installation not supported period. Pros: Beautiful lighting, clear glass, firm materials. Very affordable. Good for low end but flashy builds like if youre a DJ. Bottom slots for motherboards with header pins at the bottom. Cons: Spacial design is awful. Doesnt seem to account for most cable connections or space for more powerful hardware. Regretful purchase for my gaming build. No real 240mm support as listed in details. Barely supports a connected PSU.

> 3 dayThis isnt a bad case, My issues are bad areas for cable management/routing. The case looks good, the fan controller has plenty of pre-sets that are decent. My SINGLE BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS fan noise, these fans even at their lowest setting are loud enough to produce a loud hum. Pros- cheap great case cooling for the money Decent fan controller for the money Cons- Poor cable routing/cable management FANS ARE LOUD EVEN AT LOWEST SETTING

> 3 dayI took off a star because product did not come with instructions and when I contacted the seller about it they said they would have to send me screenshots of one …and they never did….This case looks nice but keep in mind it is hard getting things in where the top fans are But overall I was able to get my items in and everything is good

> 3 dayThe aesthetics of the case are great and now that the build is complete Im happy with it. However, there is almost no space for cable management especially if youre using a full ATX motherboard. The CPU power connector does not have a cut out and has to bend at a very tight angle to connect at all. There is very little space at all behind the motherboard tray. Youll have an easier time if you dont have a 3.5 drive as the caddy is removable, but otherwise good luck getting your PSU in place.
