> 3 dayThough its labeled Mid ATX, Ive noticed the space between the pre-installed fans and the top of the motherboard leaves approx. 0.2 of space, Not even enough space to support the clip that clips the 8port 12v connection from the PSU to the MB. The only way to make it fit would be to either break the clip off the 8port cable. Or Remove the RGB fans to replace with a thinner style. My X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI fits like a glove. I truly mean that. I have some suggestions to this case that I feel strongly could help further build into the market. This case and its over-all potential is def. Competitive to other major labels. Please reach out to me [email protected], I would love to explain more in detail. Im truly serious, my ideas have a great importance to the longevity of sales for this model. Please take my advice into consideration. Thank You!

> 3 dayGot this case recently! Absolutely loved it was easy to install everything and was so excited as this is the first one Ive build from scratch. I turned everything on to make sure everything worked properly before putting the glass side panel on. Once i verified everything was working and good to go i powered everything down so I could put the side panel back on was working on lining up to holes for the screw and suddenly the glass completely exploded everywhere! I never bummed hit or pushed on it. It just completely shattered. Im really bummed out. Update: contacted the seller and they have been really helpful! They are sending me a new side panel and have taken every step possible to make sure they sent me right panel. I havent received it yet but will update once I do. Update: wow guess I forgot to update again. I received the side panel and it was wrapped great! Was able to get it unwrapped and installed with no problems at all! Great customer service!

> 3 dayOne of the things the case needs to install the motherboard into it are missing. I had to buy them somewhere else due to it, its like selling someone a Lego set without the few Legos it needs to be build lol but other than that everything else seems fine 3 out of 5 stars for me

> 3 dayUpdate - after my negative review the company finally reached out. It was a terribly slow process, first they replaced the remote which did not help, then they replaced the control board which was my first request. It solved the problem and then some. The first control board did not save the color setting so each start up I needed to select purple. Then it stopped working reliably. The new board saved my color preferences and I haven’t needed the remote since. First Review: After 9 months this case’s remote no longer functions reliably, worse it’s not the remote it’s the receiver. I purchased two cases, this one for an older mobo lacking the ability to manage rgb lighting. The remote worked great so I’d have a purple case and my husband blue. But now I can’t set the color via remote, the manual doesn’t explain the case buttons so I can only make this purple pulse light that’s not a match anymore. I have reached out multiple times by email, their chat and nothing even tho this is in warranty. Both cases were a pain to assemble since the instructions are very generic and obviously translated poorly. I like the clean look but now that I can’t choose my color it’s really just an expensive unsupported piece of trash.

> 3 dayEverything went as expected, but the fans a very weak. You can feel the air on the outtake fans, but very light. Nothing that I would call enough to help cooling. Great if your just using e-mail and using the the web. Thinking about getting better fans later.

> 3 dayThe case is smaller than others Ive used for custom builds. The nice part is everything fit and its a neat package. The 3070 graphics card fit with room to spare. The overall smaller size did present some challenges and caused me to think hard about the sequence of installing components and cables. Problematic was installing the liquid cooler radiator inside the top of the tower. I did not have room for both fans because one would have touched the RAM. The other problem I had was I had planned to install two 4TB 3.5 HDDs in a RAID for backup storage. There was not room for the hard drive tray in the bottom and the power supply. Of course, the power supply was essential so I went with one 2TB SSD instead. Not what I wanted but an acceptable compromise.

Greater than one weekI bought this for me and my daughter to use for a new build. She picked it because of the RGB fans. I was surprised at how nice this case was. The glass panel is great. The room behind the metal panel is also great and has a bunch of cable management tires already installed. Good stuff. Air flow is great. I can’t complain at all about this case.

> 3 dayThe Top fans get in the way and must be removed prior to fixing a ATX board to the case. The top fans can still be used, but must be moved more to the side since itll get in the way of other parts such as the CPU fan. Needless to say, Reinstall the fans last. ATX boards have a very snug fit, nearly scrapping the top and bottom of the case. For the MOBO area, theres only 6 screw holes so expect ATX boards to hang off a bit. As with most mid-size cases, its a pain in the ass to work with, but for some reason, this one gave me the hardest time of all the mid towers Ive worked with. Also note the power switch cables have no +/- labeling on them and just assumes you know which direction these cables should be installed. If youre not that experienced with these cables then have fun googling it. The most baffling part of this case is the glass panel blocking the front fans. Its not like some cases where the front panel juts out leaving a gap for air to come in, no. Its sealed tight so it makes the front fans absolutely useless. It doesnt make any sense why this even thing, anyone with even a ounce of PC knowledge would look at that and automatically think thats a bad idea. Thankfully, you can remove it, though it seems like this case was designed (aesthetically) to have the glass panel on the front as itll just be a gaping hole with the only things blocking the front part being the fans themselves. You can literally throw small objects through the front if you felt like it. Why the front part doesnt have meshing meanwhile the top fans do boggles my mind. Either way, my friend seems to be happy with the lights. If one of my other friends tries to get me to build a PC using this case, Im going to tell them to choose another or find someone else to build it. Dont want to deal with this again.
