This was exactly what I needed. I just plugged it in and it worked immediately, no configuration was necessary. If you just want a simple switch that isnt expensive, this is a great option.

Home builder did an ok job wiring the structured wiring box. This item helped me re design the layout to be more organized. Everything works as designed - no manufacturing issues and all internet signals through this device are fast

I followed all the steps for set up. Nothing. Would not connect. I called support and ended up hanging up on the guy because he had no idea what he was doing. This thing is going back!

This was purchased for home use to make it easier for a family of five to be online during the COVID-19 stay at home orders. It was easy to setup and worked right out of the box. I am not too technically versed and needed something that was simple, easy and worked. This met all three of my requirements and I would recommend this product to anyone else that is a similar situation.

Great switch for my home network. Have it running from my Google wifi. Great wired speeds.
