> 3 dayOur under the counter (double) stainless steel sink was installed poorly when the new counter tops went in (prior to us buying the house), and was being held up by one small, cheap metal bracket - basically the sink was falling down. I had no idea about attaching sinks to counters, and decided to try this product out before calling in help. It was super easy to install (about 10 minutes), and even easier to adjust. The sink is pretty heavy, but turning the supports to raise it was completely effortless. I did end up using the optional ratchet on the front of the sink because the sink was still bowing, and that worked perfectly as well. Highly recommend. It took up almost no space in the cabinet under the sink. Remember to use sealant between sink and counter.

> 3 dayThis product is wonderfully designed. My undermount stainlesss sink had seperated from the countertop. Other people had added bracing and use silicone adhesive but all had failed and it was a mess. I spent quite a bit of time removing all of the residue from the previous fixes and then permanently fixed it with the Never Fail system. Very easy to install and well designed, very sturdy. A+

Greater than one weekBrilliant idea, easy to install. I had to buy two small jacks to raise the undermounted sink, but the whole repair was done in a few hours. Youtube videos also helped me find this solution.

> 3 dayFor a DIYer, this is essential. It allowed me to lower the sink so I could scrape and clean away all the old gunk. Then it made installing it up to counter height very easy. For a one-man DIY job, this is worth EVERY penny. For that matter, I bet pros would use it too, as some reviewers stated. I did have to disconnect the elbow joints to give it more freedom to move up and down. Didnt want to risk cracking these old pipes. Also, having 3 supports works fine: the two rods on the side, and the front-under-counter doohickey. I installed using the 2 rods. Afterward, I added the front support. I also ended up putting a 1x2 in the back to provide a 4th point of support. It doesnt get in the way, so why not? But I wouldnt say it is necessary. This kit provides everything you need.

> 3 dayLove this sink support kit. Our sink had dropped. I had watched Youtube videos and I had ordered a kit we found on Amazon. However, on rewatching videos I saw the Never Fail Complete Sink Repair System. Checked it and order it. So, after two years of delay I had the sink fixed in 30 minutes. This system is simple to use (install). I lifts the sink into place. Supports the sink in the middle. My wife is happy, and I cam out looking good. Recommend this kit, watch video on Youtube and you will see what I mean. Well worth every penny, but dont raise the price because of my review.

Greater than one weekStarted the install at 7:15 and was complete with a new no clog drain assembly by 8:00. I did not use the front bracket. It might have been faster with 2 people. I used a chisel to remove the old glue that had hardened. That took most of the time. There is about one inch of adjustment in the extension so I just dry fit everything and marked the cabinet walls about 1/4 - 1/2 inch below where the shortest distance of the extension landed. I did take out the pin and extension first and stuck only the bracket to the wall using the double sided tape so all that weight wasnt hanging on the glue. I was able to drill the pilot holes, that I think are very important, with a 90 degree drill. I could not fit my electric driver under the sink so I had to use a 90 degree ratcheting phillips to drive the screws. Needless to say, it is important to have the tools on hand and plan well. Then I put the sink on a stack of pots, put some sealant around the lip and installed these brackets. Then I hand turned the extensions slowly as the sink squeezed out the excess gunk. Turn wait, Wait Turn Turn Wait... etc. Done with the install. I did take the opportunity to install one of the no clog stopper assembly available on Amazon or the local hardware store. It works great too. Even though this is fairly expensive compared to clips I think it is well worth the money. It is darn near fool proof, is very strong, and easy to install.

Greater than one weekUsed this a a fast kitchen renovation where we are reusing the old granite counter top and don’t feel like fixing the prior under mount brackets and screws. They went up nice and easy with great fine adjustment to get the right amount of pressure up into the the right spots. Haven’t tested the sink out yet but feel very confident they will hold way more weight than will ever be in that sink. They are also very low profile and do not take much functional space away fun the cabinet

> 3 dayWe just installed these on our under-mounted, stainless steel, double kitchen sink yesterday and I am impressed. Our home is 12 years old and the sink has been dropping in front for some time now. We tried tightening the existing clips but it didnt last, which brought me to research solutions when I found these. Before fixing it, there was a 3/8-1/2 inch gap in the front of the sink, for reference. Im not sure of the limits of the brackets, but they were able to close our gap. Our sink was mounted with 4 clips held up with screws that are placed in slots milled into the underside of the granite countertop, and a glue/sealer between the sink and granite. This may have been adequate if not for a garbage disposal and the fact that the cabinet has a little hinged utility drawer in front of the sink making it impossible to support it in that entire area. That noted, we couldnt use the center mount that was included with this kit either, but the two side supports seem to be doing a great job by themselves. These parts are very sturdy and made well, IMHO. I was impressed with the weight and heft when I unpacked them. There is peel and stick glue-tape on the mounting brackets to hold them to the cabinet wall after you place them and before you screw them in, which is a huge help in installation. Its still a task with many frustrations, mainly from lack of accessibility under a sink with existing pipes and a garbage disposal, but we managed to mount them and tighten everything together after the caulk/sealer was applied. Hooray! It looks like a successful project completed! Fortunately, our double sink was a tight fit in the cabinet and the walls were close to the edges so the angle for mounting these was pretty ideal. We were able to fit the braces between the original clips and tighten them up as well so, hopefully, the combination will be adequate to support the weight even without the front sink support. There are other options that Ive seen in my research, if needed, that could be added, like a brace under the disposal or sink basins. I will update my review if there are any changes or failures with this kit. I would strongly recommend it at this point and, if youre a DIY-type person, that you would be able to install it yourself. Otherwise, Id advise a handymans assistance. 5 stars at this point!
