Never Fall Complete Sink Repair system

We woke up to our bathroom undermount sink falling because the contractors who put them together didnt install any clips under the marble. I was able to use the never fall system to essentially jack the sink back into place - and its sturdy. However, stripping out the old silicone and recaulking really should be done, and is not an easy task. Anyway, this system did what I needed it to do.

Our stainless steel sink had separated from the underside of the granite countertops on one side, and I tried the Never Fall system, and it worked exactly as advertised. I was honestly a bit surprised that it worked as well as it did, and that it was as easy as it was. I highly recommend it! You will need a small level though; it says you want to get the screw-in brackets vertical or itll cause problems.

My undermount sink separated from my counter recently because the clips that were glued onto the underside of the granite counter on the far side of the counter (towards the faucet) failed. I bought two sets of these Never Fall Complete Sink Repair systems so I could replace the wooden pieces holding up the sides and front of the sink and also support the far side in the hopes that I will never have to deal with this issue again. I installed a bracket on each side of the sink, two brackets on the far side, and both of the ratcheting front supports on the front (I had two of them, so I figured why not?). Because I completely removed my sink to perform my repairs, I didnt use the repair clips that were provided--I just screwed both the top and bottom of the ratchet bracket directly to the cabinet. Everything looks good so far! These brackets were EXACTLY what I needed and I wish the person who originally installed the sink had used these instead of the glue-on clips that they used. If youre looking to do an undermount sink installation (or to repair one), get these. Theyre sturdy and easy to install.

Our under mount sink was not installed properly (before we bought our house). It had begun to wiggle. These have saved the day! Easy to install and work great

When my undermount sink separated from the granite countertop, I was at a complete loss as to what to do. After calling a local granite company, they surprised me by saying that this was a fairly common occurrence, especially for installations which had been done a decade or more prior and not installed with clips. Unfortunately, they could not get anyone to come out and repair this for more than a week. When I saw a You Tube video about this product, I showed it to my husband and immediately said, Order it! I did and 48 hours later, we had it in hand. After cleaning the old caulk from the sink and positioning the product in place, he followed the easy-to-understand instructions and had the sink repaired in less than an hour. I cannot TELL you how pleased we are with this product. Add to that, the granite place (which never called me back, by the way) was going to charge $150 just to come out and look at it. For less than $40 and a tube of construction adhesive and waterproof caulk, I now have my sink back and it is probably installed better than it was originally 14 years ago. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Its a true winner and will save you tons of money and aggravation!

I didn’t know what to do when my sink started to sag. It’s over 15 years old and originally hanging by four clips. Now two fell out and it was virtually impossible to reinstall them. I started to google and saw this no fall system on YouTube. This was so genius. It was easy to install and trust me, the sink isn’t going anywhere for another 15 years!

The undermount sink in my kitchen became detached from the countertop. It sunk down and, in turn, was causing an issue with the pipes since they were sized to fit from the original position. Im not that handy of a guy, so got immediate anxiety about who Im going to need to call and how much. Did some internet searching and found this product for a very reasonable price. I figured it was worth the try. From opening the package to having it installed...took under an hour. Its been in place now for a few months and Ive had zero issues. I deviated from the instructions a little regarding where to install the arms (front & back vs on the sides, etc.), so keep that in mind if you feel another spot would be better. But this thing was a lifesaver and I highly recommend.

We used these to install a heavy, 167 lb, farmhouse sink. Pro: It was easy to install, just four screws. Easy to adjust. Appears to be sturdy and strong. Con: Allows the under-counter farmhouse sink to shift around. The Never Fall has a T shape; that is, a long vertical rod topped by a shorter horizontal piece. These two pieces are joined in such a way that the top bar rotates on the vertical bar. The under-counter farmhouse sink is installed by sliding it into place, not by dropping it into a hole; so the Never Fall does not keep the sink in place, rather it lets the sink pivot out of the cabinet and onto the floor. This review might be a little unfair because the device is not sold as a tool for installing sinks, only repairing them. But it seemed like it would work for installation too. It does not.

Whoever designed this is a genius! Our 12 year old undermounted kitchen sink suddenly detached from its granite countertop adhesive (found out that no clips were ever installed) and we thought it was a plumbing disaster until we found this brace unit. Problem solved! So easy to install, directions very clear. Extremely sturdy hardware. Highly recommend as a preventative measure or a fix.
