I have quartz countertops and an undercounter stainless sink. It fell about 1.5 because it apparently was only held in(all this time!) with nothing but adhesive. The plumbing was fine so I decided to try this. I bought a small tube of silicon adhesive too. I cleaned the sink rim, scraping out any gunk and getting it as clean as possible. Before I put the adhesive I also wiped down the rim with alcohol. After watching the Youtube video and reviewing the instructions, I installed the brackets quickly. Put the adhesive on and then tighten the brackets. Do one more coat of adhesive around the edge of the sink to make sure you dont have gaps. Seriously easier than you think!

My sink came with mounting hardware that required me to drill holes to the underside of the cabinet. I really didnt want to do that or spend money on tools Im only going to use once. I feel like the screws could eventually come loose from the countertop. Also, I wanted an easy way to remove the sink if I ever wanted to replace it or do any kind of repairs. So, I gave this a shot even though it says it is a sink repair system. I figure if it can support 680lbs, then it should work as a sink install system. Can I use this never fall system without the sink mounting hardware? I hope so. Maybe the company can chime in on this. Anywho, it has been about 2 weeks since I installed it. You need roughly 2-2.5 inches on both sides for the thing to fit. It seems sturdy enough, but I havent been able to put it under any kind of stress since the water is not yet hooked up. I couldnt use the extra support bracket because I dont have anything in the front to attach it to. Company said it would be fine, so I hope they are right. I may end up adding in some wood support. Only complaint at the moment is that turning the turnbuckle can become difficult if there isnt enough clearance on both sides. I couldnt ensure that I had fully hand-tightened it because my hand didnt fit in the gap. The only way I could test was to wiggle the turnbuckle to see if it moved. I will update to see if it holds up after I start using the sink.

The Never Fall sink bracket system is excellent. I have a large Elkay undermount sink with very little clearance between it and the cabinet walls. The installers did a crappy job, and the existing mounts failed. But theres so little space around the sink in the cabinet underneath that theres no way I could have epoxyed on new mounting clips. However, I was able to position these brackets in plumb with relative ease using the adhesive strips (which are brilliant), and then affix them securely with the provided screws. Thereafter, lifting the sink into place (with a silicon bead) was quite easy, though I needed pliers to grip the shaft (its a very heavy sink particularly with the garbage disposal attached). Start to finish, the entire job took 30 minutes or less, including careful positioning of the brackets to ensure they were in plumb. My only suggestion to the fabricator would be to spline the shafts on the brackets to allow more grip, but thats a very minor quibble. The sink is now very, very securely in place with seemingly indestructible support. This is a great product.

My stainless steel sink came loose from our quartz countertop and I wasnt sure how to fix it. I found this solution on Amazon and it really works. Only one side of our sink was loose but I ended up using all three supports to make sure the sink never comes loose again. Our sink cabinet walls are made of hard rubberized material - they are supposed to protect the other cabinets if there was ever a major water leak. I installed the support under the bad side and raised the sink back into position. I then installed the front support which did connect to the wood part of the cabinet and lastly I installed the other side support to the rubberized wall. They have been installed for several weeks and I have checked them regularly for any type of loosening but so far they are rock solid. If you have an issue with a sink coming loose or if you are afraid your sink may come loose you should get this solution.

    Greater than one week

Less than two years after installation, the silicon seal on our stainless steel kitchen sink gave way and the sink dropped about 1/4 inch. Fortunately, the single strap that was used to secure the sink was still in place, and it prevented any damage to the disposal and plumbing. I was surprised (and somewhat disappointed) that there was only one strap used to hold the sink. Installing the Never Fail system was straight forward and quick. I didnt have to remove the disposal or any of the pipes. Except for bumping my head once on the garbage disposal (lol), the installation was flawless. The most difficult part of the install was scraping away the old silicon. (And that wasnt hard at all). I had the entire project finished in about 30 minutes (and that includes putting everything back under the sink!) I would absolutely recommend the Never Fall Complete Sink Repair System to anyone doing an under counter sink install. If I was a sink installer, this is the only product I would ever use.

Whoever designed this is a genius! Our 12 year old undermounted kitchen sink suddenly detached from its granite countertop adhesive (found out that no clips were ever installed) and we thought it was a plumbing disaster until we found this brace unit. Problem solved! So easy to install, directions very clear. Extremely sturdy hardware. Highly recommend as a preventative measure or a fix.

So easy to do and works like a miracle. Installed this in 10 minutes and I am not a good handy person. Solved a problem that no one else would, including plumber and granite company. Pure genius.
