Never Fall Complete Sink Repair system

> 3 dayI have quartz countertops and an undercounter stainless sink. It fell about 1.5 because it apparently was only held in(all this time!) with nothing but adhesive. The plumbing was fine so I decided to try this. I bought a small tube of silicon adhesive too. I cleaned the sink rim, scraping out any gunk and getting it as clean as possible. Before I put the adhesive I also wiped down the rim with alcohol. After watching the Youtube video and reviewing the instructions, I installed the brackets quickly. Put the adhesive on and then tighten the brackets. Do one more coat of adhesive around the edge of the sink to make sure you dont have gaps. Seriously easier than you think!

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I needed. Very solid hardware, easy to align, and effortless and precise turnbuckle action with plenty of travel. Can’t go wrong with this kit vs. other low grade imitations.

Greater than one weekThis was so easy to install took less than 30 minutes! Our sink had started to fall and this got it super sturdy without costing an arm and leg!

> 3 daySo after seeing a video on YouTube for this it looked like the perfect solution. That said, for my install the arms were too bulky/awkward to work with the tight space I had. The arms kept flopping down and because there is a lot of play side to side in how they are connected if you need to approach your sink at an odd angle they basically slide out of place. I avoided the simpler other types of these kits on Amazon thinking they would be cheap junk but really I think their simpler design (only allowing movement up and down, not side to side) would allow for less play and a better install in tighter areas.

> 3 dayMy undermount sink had fallen in from my granite countertop. It was originally installed with only epoxy and no hardware. I called plumbers who wanted nothing to do with it, and contractors as well. They recommended a granite installation place. The company that installed my countertop and sink 6 years ago wanted $250 (a discounted rate they claimed) to come out and epoxy it back up. I figured for around $40 I could try this. I was able to install it myself (although I did disconnect the garbage disposal and most of the plumbing to do so). It was relatively easy. I would recommend buying two kits so that you can use one of the other mounts on the rear center of the sink. Maybe the other could be used on the front center as well. The front center mount was very difficult to install in my tiny cabinet, but in the end I made it work. If you are semi-handy, or know someone who is, this is an excellent option to avoid a very costly repair. I feel confident that this will keep my sink in place. If I ever have another undermount sink installed I will insist on this or similar hardware as part of the install.

> 3 dayUnder granite sinks are poorly supported. At least the ones I seen. The sink in my daughters Kitchen came loose and developed an uneven gap around the entire sink. I did a quick search on YouTube for ideas and saw this. Perfect! It is incredibly easy to install. I anchored one of the Never Fall telescoping rods to each side of the sink before doing anything else. I cleaned off the old silicone between the granite and the sink, added new adhesive to the sink, and began to hand tighten the Never Fall telescoping rods until I met resistance. Then I tightened each side a little at a time until the sink was accurately in place with no gaps. The next thing I did was tighten the jam nuts on the Never Fall telescoping rods. The last thing was to add clear silicone to the lip of the sink and granite. All of this took less than an hour. I would recommend for an easy way to make quick work of an under granite sink repair.

16-11-2024We used these to install a heavy, 167 lb, farmhouse sink. Pro: It was easy to install, just four screws. Easy to adjust. Appears to be sturdy and strong. Con: Allows the under-counter farmhouse sink to shift around. The Never Fall has a T shape; that is, a long vertical rod topped by a shorter horizontal piece. These two pieces are joined in such a way that the top bar rotates on the vertical bar. The under-counter farmhouse sink is installed by sliding it into place, not by dropping it into a hole; so the Never Fall does not keep the sink in place, rather it lets the sink pivot out of the cabinet and onto the floor. This review might be a little unfair because the device is not sold as a tool for installing sinks, only repairing them. But it seemed like it would work for installation too. It does not.

> 3 dayWe woke up to our bathroom undermount sink falling because the contractors who put them together didnt install any clips under the marble. I was able to use the never fall system to essentially jack the sink back into place - and its sturdy. However, stripping out the old silicone and recaulking really should be done, and is not an easy task. Anyway, this system did what I needed it to do.

> 3 dayWe just installed these on our under-mounted, stainless steel, double kitchen sink yesterday and I am impressed. Our home is 12 years old and the sink has been dropping in front for some time now. We tried tightening the existing clips but it didnt last, which brought me to research solutions when I found these. Before fixing it, there was a 3/8-1/2 inch gap in the front of the sink, for reference. Im not sure of the limits of the brackets, but they were able to close our gap. Our sink was mounted with 4 clips held up with screws that are placed in slots milled into the underside of the granite countertop, and a glue/sealer between the sink and granite. This may have been adequate if not for a garbage disposal and the fact that the cabinet has a little hinged utility drawer in front of the sink making it impossible to support it in that entire area. That noted, we couldnt use the center mount that was included with this kit either, but the two side supports seem to be doing a great job by themselves. These parts are very sturdy and made well, IMHO. I was impressed with the weight and heft when I unpacked them. There is peel and stick glue-tape on the mounting brackets to hold them to the cabinet wall after you place them and before you screw them in, which is a huge help in installation. Its still a task with many frustrations, mainly from lack of accessibility under a sink with existing pipes and a garbage disposal, but we managed to mount them and tighten everything together after the caulk/sealer was applied. Hooray! It looks like a successful project completed! Fortunately, our double sink was a tight fit in the cabinet and the walls were close to the edges so the angle for mounting these was pretty ideal. We were able to fit the braces between the original clips and tighten them up as well so, hopefully, the combination will be adequate to support the weight even without the front sink support. There are other options that Ive seen in my research, if needed, that could be added, like a brace under the disposal or sink basins. I will update my review if there are any changes or failures with this kit. I would strongly recommend it at this point and, if youre a DIY-type person, that you would be able to install it yourself. Otherwise, Id advise a handymans assistance. 5 stars at this point!
