It works as advertised. Connect the new drive, load and run the program, swap the drives out.

Does what its supposed to do.

When I made the copies, it erased all the existing files in the drive without giving me any knowledge of that consequence. Very annoying

Bought this to clone my hard drive to a larger drive.

DO NOT! install this product on your computer! It will erase your hard drive!

Had a lot of problems with other cloning software this was easy to use and flawless in the install.

open case find paper inside that says option to download, set aside put CD in installed quickly, but when put in key to activate it failed, tried a couple times, then website, used key on paper not inside case, got downloaded installed THEN use key inside case and got activated, time to clone it rebooted computer after a few seconds and started cloning, about 2 seconds and erred out, took some trial and error, but finally tried making it clone without changing partition sizes and was ok, was cloning........after about an hour it was 75% give or take and looked like might be another two hours as it was slowing down, finally gave up, shut down, restarted and computer choked, after startup repair, Win10 had all kinds of problems, good thing is I had an image that I used and half hour later all good. there are free versions that work faster and better. i may not be the best computer guy, but 2 years IT with 4.0 average, building computers over 20 years, installed windows and linux on a lot of computers and a semi-load of 3rd party software, and this rates in top 10% of garbage. do not waste money or time

Update: 27 Dec: From looking at other reviews, it is actually TWO use license. But again, it does not do me any good on the multiple backups on three or more units.

I tried to load this. Never go to the serial number because it was trying to install and hung up. T ride to cancel and it stopped and and just sat there with my widows program waiting indicator circling for about 20 minutes while I tried everything I could to get it to shutdown. Turned machine off and then wouldn’t boot . Have 500gb sad and 32 go of ram on a i7. Wanted to clone the old drive to a newer faster 1tb but never got close. Now my machine only boots sometimes, when it would boot in seconds before and it takes (Last try) 12 minutes to shut itself down. Now it says I have no internet and my mouse will not work with wireless. I did have an old wired mouse laying around and for it working. Don’t know what this piece of crap did to my pristine machine but it is screwed right now. Wouldn’t buy this. Not trustworthy.

Complete waste of time and money, spent a few hours with tech support, trying to use NTI Echo to make a clone of my C:/ hard drive in vain. I switched to Acronis and had my clone in about half of an hour.
