Many computers have drives with unmounted and/or hidden partitions that this software does not acknowledge. Because of these partitions this software will not make an exact copy of those type drives.

Worked perfectly and it is easy to buy more seat licenses

No response from Tech support. I had complete success on one PC but the second failed and corrupted the boot partition. I spent hours reloading that PC.

Set this up and it would never work. Installed it and 2 of the trials....made the mistake and registered them. I got hammered with phishing emails after that. Coincidence? Then it errored out right away on the initial backup and it removed my external hard drive. I tried using Windows to back up and finally had to do a hard boot on my PC because that was all locked up. I have uninstalled the program, but the question; how much damage has been done?

I retired the program because I could not install it.

This destroyed my original memory and now my PC wont do anything. It turns on but wont boot with either the clone or the original SSD.

I bought this item with the purpose of cloning my hard drive as a back up in case anything went wrong while I was upgrading my computer. There are no instructions as such with it, but it is pretty straightforward.

Well...It did not work. It kept looping.... going back to instalation..... turned off my firewal....still did not work. I tried for one hour. I went to youtube to get some answers. Nothing.... Well, another day when we lose 20 bucks and time.

I tried several times and was unable to get it to clone. Sent info to product support and was totally ignored.
