> 24 hourI tried to clone my C drive and this software crashed my computer. I spent 3 plus hours with Dell Support to get my original Windows reinstalled. It was a hard crash so i am starting from scratch with all my data lost. I have many more hours to get back to normal.

> 24 hourIt gets near the end of the process and halts saying it cannot create a Linux partition. Im using a brand new 2TB drive, theres certainly enough room on it and why is it trying to create a Linux partition anyway?

> 24 hourI bought this item with the purpose of cloning my hard drive as a back up in case anything went wrong while I was upgrading my computer. There are no instructions as such with it, but it is pretty straightforward.

> 24 hourThis software simply works great and I found it easy to use. At first I had trouble with making a copy of my desktop PC in Ohio to take the cloned copy of a larger hard drive to Florida so I would not have to drag a big desktop back and forth every season but tech support understood the dilemma and helped me thru it. I discovered I had some bad sectors on my original hard drive and once I had Windows CHKDSK repair the original hard drive, it worked just as expected, so now I am a happy Snowbird

> 24 hourThe software did exactly what I needed. Cloned Windows 7 Pro from a larger HDD to a smaller SSD. I used an external two bay USB Cloning/Drive dock. The dock will not clone from larger drive to smaller drive because it cant resize partitions, etc. The software worked perfectly for me.

> 24 hourSo I got a copy of this software provided through Silicon Power, whom I bought several SSDs from, both 2.5 and m.2 form factors. The drives themselves are great, thus far. I initially bought two 2.5 SSDs and had Windows installed on one of those. A few weeks later I decided to buy an m.2 as well, and wanted to migrate my OS to that drive. Attempting to use Echo as provided by SP was, unfortunately, a mistake.

> 24 hourNTI Echo 5 seemed to be a nice product. Installed it with no problems, The interface is excellent. So I did a test clone. I cloned an internal SSD (not my Windows drive) to an external SSD using Dynamic option. The clone completed successfully. But when I went to read the drive Windows said if I wanted to format the drive. I tried to read it from another computer and the same message appeared. Then I had to use Diskpart to clean up the Signature ID. So I will not take a chance and clone my Windows drive. Therefore I cannot recommend this product.

> 24 hourI have used another product that is easier to use. I could not get this to work and it caused my computer to get stuck in a loop.
