> 3 dayOk, so I have had this wheel stand for about a year and a half now, really started getting used when Forza 7 came out, have done almost 15,000 miles in F7 on this stand, and its as sturdy as the day I got it! The build quality is top notch! Ive been on other sets that have all felt too wobbly. This is including Playseat... I think the main difference would have to be this set using square metal work instead of sets that use round tubing. The Openwheeler set really locks into place, and doesnt wobble from side to side. And all without the need of awkward stabilizers on the chassis spine. Less to stub toes on, scrape wooden floors, just an overall smaller profile. I have never had any unwanted movement! Pros: Comfortable seat. As stated before, incredibly sturdy! Wheel(Logi G920) mounted with no issues. Just about all wheels mounting kit included. Even quick release zip ties for tidy wire management! Tools too, they really set you up! Up and running in no time. Great, quick responding, customer service! *ALSO, if you happen to not use a shifter, you can see in one of my photos, a yellow circle outlining the shift mount bracket being used as a support to get in and out of your chair easier! Kind of neat! Pro-Con: Its hefty to roll around, but well worth the build of course! Pro-con, haha. Other notes! I am opting to upgrade the chassis of my Openwheeler set! I happen to be in a good position to do so and am in no way doing it because of anything negative about my chassis now! Cant stress that enough! My chassis will be donated to a close friend so he can hopefully get into wheel racing with me! So it will go on to serve many more years of use! Quick summary, if youre looking for a wheel stand, and you dont want to worry bout the wobbles!! Youll go with an Openwheeler!

> 3 dayChair is very good quality; easy to assemble no issues comes with descriptive manual and tools needed to assemble chair. Labor time to assemble; 2 hours, for some people it may take less time. Comparable with multiple systems. Overall good product for the money.

> 3 dayVery sturdy definitely worth the money it came with all the tools and hardware you need to assemble and when I say tools I mean they send you whole wrenches although my only complaint is that the backrest handle cover is cheap and fell off felt like it was held on by a thread when I unboxed it

> 3 dayI love the rig so much, and customer service is amazing! I had a defective seat that made the top part not line up with the bottom seat, and they went out of their way to send me out a hole new rig as a replacement. Words do not explain how amazed I am that you would do that for some random buyer. The new seat lines up perfect! I will be sending back the defective one withing the next couple days. Seriously thank you for helping me fix the issue.

> 3 dayOverall this is a great entry level cockpit, but there are some things I wish I had considered beforehand. Pros: Great Quality Pretty sturdy (if using entry or mid-level gear) Easily and quickly adjustable Lightweight Takes up very little space and can be split in half just by loosening the bottom bar for easy storage. The flexibility of this rig is the best part. The seat is high quality and very comfortable, and Im happy with how easy it is to move it. It doesnt have to be a permanent part of my room. Now for some cons that I should have realized beforehand: The adjustable nature means that needs to be readjusted somewhat frequently. For instance, if you have a heavy brake (such as the conical mod or load cell brakes), then after a couple hours on road courses youll find that the rig has extended about half an inch. Easy to adjust at a pit stop, but a bit annoying. The bar in the middle makes it difficult and uncomfortable to use a 3 pedal setup as the middle bar blocks your brake. I work around this by adjusting the pedals further to the right (which this rig gives you room to do), but that means I cannot left foot brake. Its not a deal breaker for me, but I do wish I had more flexibility with my legs. I doubt that the center post will support a direct drive wheel. It also does not go up high enough when you get the optional lift kit, which can be a little annoying in VR since my arms are well below what im seeing. Overall I like this rig, but weigh the pros and cons first so you know what youre getting.

12-06-2025Solid stuff. I love this thing, just dont waist your money on Logitech gear to go with it. I had to return the G29. Read Logitech support forums before wasting your time with that junk. I returned mine and replaced it with Thrustmaster gear. Youll have to drill a couple of holes to mount the peddles, but well worth the time. Thrustmaster wheel and external gear shifter are far superior. I watched a couple of videos stating that the peddle mount was a little flimsy, but that has obviously been corrected. This rig is very sturdy. It sits way too low for the viewing level of most TVs, but a platform to raise it up is pretty easy for most to build. See photo.

> 3 dayReceived the black seat unit earlier than expected. Had to pause assembling to write this review. Seat and parts are packaged well. Five tools are provided! Screws, nuts and bolts are grouped A-G, individually packaged and labeled all in a black zipper lined pouch!! Instructions are CLEAR!!! (Who does this?!) My assembling confidence rises with each page because this company knows what they’re doing!!!! Impressive!

Greater than one weekSolid product!! All around very happy I bought this. It came with good tools to put it together with, also instructions were not bad either. But they had a great video on YouTube by the company that shows you how to put it together real quick. Very strong rig. I also bought the seat risers. Also good quality. I had one strip out it might have been my fault. But regardless I reached out to the seller telling them that I might have stripped one out during the install and they got back to me within a few hours and 2 day aired me a whole new set. What a great company and an even better race rig for the price. If your thinking about getting it. You won’t be disappointed. Also after sitting in this chair for pretty much the entire last week, and not being able to tell how comfortable is would be from the pictures. I have too say I got lucky with this one! It is so comfortable I am an older dad 6’1 & 220lb and I can’t sit in anything too long, but this chair is probably my favorite part of the whole thing. Everything was very well done. Great product great service. I recommend you take a hard look at this one. Hope this helps someone out there and have a great day.

> 3 dayIve been using a worn-out Playseat for the last couple of years, and upgrading to this Openwheeler cockpit was a great decision. The assembly of the seat was very easy and straightforward. I had it together in 20 minutes. The product is very firm, with very little frame flex, which was a concern of mine prior to ordering. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in sim racing or flight sims. 5/5 stars

> 3 dayThis chair is fantastic if youre like me and have nowhere to mount your G920 but love playing forza. The chair was easily assembled, took maybe a half hour. Instructions were super clear, quality build materials and assembly hardware included. The *only* room for improvement here (OpenWheeler, take note) is the bar the steering wheel is mounted on goes straight down the middle of the platform, making it a pain to heel-toe shift or left foot brake. If that bar were bent in a C shape so we sit inside of it v.s. straddling the bar, it would make a world of difference.
