> 3 dayVery sturdy! Very well made.....and heavy! Bought additional add-ons as well they are the same. Now if only they would make an add-on with two powerful fans on each side to make my VR racing even more immersive. What I liked even better is how organized everything was and to my surprise included all tools necessary for assembly.

> 3 dayThe seat is very comfortable, the assembly instructions are second to none. The pedal plate is supported by casters, so you can easily roll the whole thing around when not in use by lifting at the seat back. The plate that the wheel gets mounted pivots on a single bolt, so you have to really tighten it to prevent the wheel from drooping. The steering wheel plate is supported by a few square tubes that slide into each other and secured with hand knobs. There is some play in this fitment so when you tighten the knobs down the plate is slightly skewed, not centered with respect to the seat. Its not a problem when driving, but looks a bit odd. Overal, recommended. Great value for the money.

> 3 dayFor the price, I was expecting...less. Pleasantly surprised at how large and comfortable the seat is: it is a bit firm but that is good, you wont fall asleep in it! Sliders work perfectly, a key to getting in and out once you set your positions on the adjustable wheel and pedal plates. My big friend who weighs 275 and is 63 can get in and out of it easily, although all the stops r almost fully adjusted out. Amazed and happy to find not only all hardware required, but also two full allen and two open-end/box end metric wrenches included, to keep with the rig. Instead of going to your toolbox for any adjustments. Also plenty of mounting bolts and washers, with extra wire-tie zips that are re-usable. Thank You! One last note - assembled, the rig is barely off of the floor. Fine for low mounted televisions, but if you have one in an entertainment system or mounted up on the wall, you will want to elevate the rig. To do this, you will need one real, old-style milk crate (goes under the seat) and one cheap jack-stand (goes under the foot pedal support bar) - that is all! If you dont use a shifter the support arm can be used as a wide support leg, but it isnt really necessary. Worth the price! The best rig you can find that will do the same solid job as the big old custom frames, without the multiple-thousand-dollar price tag.

> 3 dayThe built quality is above and beyond. All materials went into the frame is a top notch stuff and the welding is done to perfection. Some of people complaining about the seat but I disagreed, I play games hours at a time in it with comfort. I would recommend get the Seat Lift Kit. Without them its too low to the ground.

> 3 dayLike the headline, I rarely leave reviews. I absolutely had to on this though. Easy to assemble. Good instructions. Sturdy frame. Great quality. Called customer service because I heard there were mounts for the HOTAS flight controllers, but the link in the accessories book wasn’t working. Customer service was able to answer my questions and hooked me up with everything I needed. I will post up pictures of the final set up. They have lots of accessories and were extremely helpful! The customer service rep was amazing and provided me with the BEST assistance I have ever had anywhere. Price is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny I spent!

> 3 dayGood product, but it sits too close to the ground for taller folks like me. Youll need the chair extenders to raise the seat higher unless you like leg cramps, or banging knees on the wheel support.

> 3 daySo I finally got this rig all put together ... wasnt too difficult however, due to poor packaging one of the tightening knobs broke. I made due with the broken knob by putting it on a part I wont have to adjust so it is effectively out of the way. However, I discovered a design flaw with the bars that are designed to hold the shifter in place .. as they only use one knob at the base to hold the arm up it rocks back and forth with relative ease. I fixed this by jamming cardboard packaging down into the base holder and re-tightening the screw. Lastly, I find the seat and the pedals are in a position like a go kart and with the logitech pedals my legs are uncomfortably parallel to the ground and my feet are flat vertical to the pedals ... making long plays uncomfortable. Outside of frame issues, I do like the seat itself, the red and black look very sharp and it has a nice racing feel to it. I think later on in life I will disassemble this, make a platform to raise the seat up so I am in a more comfortable position.

> 3 dayIm impressed with the excellent build quality. The documentation and pictures as well as the clearly labeled parts inventory is one of the best Ive ever seen. The shipping container was well packed and no damage to contents at all. Im familiar with simulators (the real ones that we train jet pilots in) with about 20 years in that industry; and with airplanes (40 years) and working on airplanes (and a few cars). These guys produce a very credible product. When I told them I found some rust on the interior of the seat back they sent me an immediate replacement; like that very same day! With their great instructions I had zero problem assembling the thing, adding the seat the risers and the flight sim set up they have. All hardware appeared excellent quality and they included all the tools you need to do all the assembly they have in the instructions. I cant recommend them enough. My son is a flight surgeon (Doc to Pilots) in the Air Force with 3 tours in F-16s in the US, Korea and Germany. Now that hes seen my flight sim rig he decided he has to have one of his own. I guess the real thing just isnt enough. Great job guys! I appreciate it.

> 3 dayThe only tricky part of assembly was fitting the seat back portion to the base of the seat. Just couldnt see where to fit the bolts into the slots. Other than that, it was pretty straight forward. All the parts are strong as a coffin nail. I have a Logitech G29 wheel and pedals. Quite simple to install onto the new assembly. Easy to adjust the pedal position from center spot to the left position, making it much easier to use the brake pedal. Im 63,,,,300 lbs. This set works perfectly. I just order the height angle boost. Should make the experience that much more enjoyable.

> 3 dayVery happy with the quality of this chair. I like the various adjustments and fit options. The seat itself has a slide forward lever so its easier to get in and out. If I had a minor criticism it would be that the chair sits pretty low on the floor. Maybe thats better for gaming and being at the right height for most TVs on a typical TV stand, but it makes it a bit harder to get in and out of. If the bottom structure was maybe another 5 or 6 inches deeper and the chair sat just a bit higher off the ground I think it would be even better, but overall, its a great product. If you are serious about racing simulation gaming, you need a chair like this to be in proper driving position. My Logitech G920 steering wheel fit perfectly when mounting to the chair structure.
