Very sturdy! Very well made.....and heavy! Bought additional add-ons as well they are the same. Now if only they would make an add-on with two powerful fans on each side to make my VR racing even more immersive. What I liked even better is how organized everything was and to my surprise included all tools necessary for assembly.

Shipped and delivered very fast. I’ve been looking at this for 2 years and finally got it. Construction quality is amazing. Really solid seat and parts. All tools are provided and easy to assemble. My steering holder keeps going down after use. Have tightened it some more. Hopefully it stays up during play and doesn’t pivot down. Will be keeping an eye out for that. Doesn’t fold so compact for storage. You should have some place to put it if you want it out of sight. Great product t for price.

Setup is fairly simple and straight forward. Excellent customer service. I made a mistake putting it together and within 30 minutes of contacting them, Dimitar, the rep, contacted me and gave his personal number. After sending pictures he stated I had bent some of the product and once I had made adjustments he stated he would send replacement parts free of charge. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS MY MISTAKE!!! Great quality product parts worked just fine even after my blunder. Customer service is amazing. 100% would recommend. I even texted Dimitar after I put it together to thank him and he texted me back. Amazing. Buy this product.

This racing seat has been a ton of fun for us. Kudos to the company for actually including everything you need to build it, regardless of which wheel / pedal set you have. I half expected to need to a tool box and a run to the store for a part or two. Nope! This kit has everything you need to build the chair including the wrenches and even Velcro to keep the wires tidy. I expected terrible build instructions but these were detailed and even included step by step color pictures. We had this out of the box, built and our wheel setup added in minutes, which was awesome on a busy Christmas morning. Great job to the team responsible for parting this out and having it all included in the box. You thought of everything!

Amazingly well designed and robust at any price. This is a real value. Just be aware that if setting up for a side mount throttle and stick (eg HOTAS) for flight sim configuration you will need additional kits OpenWheeler | Configuration 2 | Flight Simulator HOTAS for Thrustmaster Warthog | Side by Side and OpenWheeler Seat Lift Kit. It’s still a great value even with the added cost and you get exactly what you need. Easy to assemble. Easy to tweak to fit your exact needs for fit and position of components. Did I mention solid construction?

I was a bit wary of shelling out this much for a seat. But it was worth it. I was worried about 230lbs of midwest lard being all wobbly in it, but nope, not at all. Assembly wasnt a issue. We had it put together in about 30 min. Nice that they included all the tools. Also nice it comes with a shifter mount. My only gripe is self inflicted, its a bit short for in my office, but its perfect height for my living room, but having said that, its still fine in the office. You can purchase optional risers I believe. The support bar for the steering wheel isnt as big a issue as Ive seen some make it out to be. There is enough adjustment its easily overcome. Seat is pretty comfortable, I wouldnt want to go 6 hours in it, but Ive easily killed 2-3 hours in it at a time with no ill effects that arent brought on from being a semi-fat old guy. Its not top of the line, but its movable so you dont have to dedicate a whole area for a rig, like I said we use it in 2 places in my house and its more effort to move other stuff out of the way (for proper placement) than moving the seat around. Absolutely worth it.

The chair: Very comfortable, can easily sit in it hours at a time and have no issues. The reclining feature is nice, but out of the box without the weight of the peddals its quite tippy when reclining. (There is an extention you can buy to solve this bit its fairly pricy for 2 metal beams). Addons: There are dozens of addons available. While some of them should maybe be included in the box, there still available unlike some other rigs Ive seen. The chair without the 5 riser kit is far to low for me. Your only an inch or two off the ground. Highly recommend buying them right away. The Frame: Solid. Unsure how it would hold up with a stronger wheel, (Using the Logitech g920 here) but there is very little wobble if everything is tightened correctly. The rubber coating on the hand screws is wonderful, you can really crank it tight. I noticed most rigs are just bare plastic. Ouch. The peadle and wheel come off with just 1 hand screw which makes it very easy to disassemble and convert to a normal chair. Overall: Solid built quality but not perfect out of the box. But the available addons are well thought out and massively improve your experience. The ability to add arm rests would earn this chair 5 stars for me. As that would make this the all in one perfect experience for gaming and movies.

I certainly needed a way to plant my pedals. Its a good thing I didnt invest in clutch setup by Fanatec yet, because theres no way this is going to suit 3 pedals. It doesnt really seem to be fit for the two I have since I can only bolt in the top or bottom of each pedal. The seat itself is a wonder, because there is no incline at the bottom whatsoever and with the pedals at a steep angle, that just makes me wonder if any thought was put into this. Also sense a great amount of use from this rig. Everything moves by a small amount when in use, but fairly quiet from what I can tell. The pedal plate and Steering stand both lean to the left a couple degrees. Most notably, The steering stand at the very top has a bizarre pivot point I dont think was intentional. I swivels just a couple degrees which can take a great deal of feedback away. I wish it were easier to tell if Amazon was selling new, refurbished or used products, because I would rather have bought brand new. However, I cannot see either party benefit by sending this back. If I ever want to upgrade, Ill just buy some damn solder and show these top dollar rigs just how stupid they look to me. The plus side is, The seat isnt an actually a car seat, which is good. Dont need that extra safety support with added weight. Proportionally, the seat is very large, but still fits me fine at 58. Everything but the pedals are fully adjustable and yes, it does take a wrench...for the wheel. It is still very easy to do so and also reassuring to have two handles on every connecting point. Overall, I think all the race rigs out there, are getting outrageous on prices. I actually feel a bit of resentment & embarrassment from buying this.

Five stars with the caveat that the pedal plate angle is not adjustable. I knew this from the pictures when I bought it but after using the whole set-up, it would be much more comfortable for me (and a more realistic seating position) if the angle was adjustable so I could angle it down. Other than that I love it. The seat has MUCH more padding than I expected and is very comfortable. I do need to use a small pillow as a lumbar support because of my back but the seat itself is great. Assembly was very easy, the seat adjusts as advertised, I love the looks, and again the seat has much more padding than expected and is very comfortable. I dont know who created the instruction pamphlet but it is top-notch with clear color pictures showing each step of assembly. The packing job was great also. The manufacturer really put time and effort into planning the packing and creating the assembly instructions. I highly recommend this product.
