The build quality on this thing is SOLID. Dont let the weak looking wheel post fool you, its strong as can be. It has a special washer with like slanted fins so when you tighten things down it holds the wheel angle in place with extraordinary grip, so no worries about it flopping around. I use a heavy Fanatec CSL Elite wheel base as well. The seat is comfortable and the pedal plate is rock solid. Every component is rock solid. The knobs used to tighten everything down are coated with a comfortable and very grippy rubber that are easy to torque down by hand easily. The hardest part of the assembly was the seat and that is only 3 screws. Once you get a few pieces together it all falls into place and assembly is very easy.

So I was looking to enhance my simulator experience (driving/ flying) however living in LA county where space was a factor, I really needed a setup that I could both use on top of my king-size bed & stores away neatly. This product is a gem. Im 6, 185lbs & its more than a solid feel... its very comfortable. The adjustments (height/ angle) you can make to the steering column & pedals are very efficient & easy to utilize even while gaming. I went mid range on the wheel / pedals/ shift setup (Logitec G920) but the OpenWheeler is ideal even if youre going high range (Fanatec, etc.) which was another consideration. I even purchased an additional part (HOTAS Flight Sim Mount) by accident & they simply sent me return label & offered a full refund. And, efficiently, this unit disconnects the set from the pedal mount so it disassembles in seconds & light enough for me to store it & set it up on my king size bed when Im gaming. You wont be disappointed with this product.

Compared to other brands like Next Level or GT Racing, You get MUCH MUCH more for your buck. Great build quality and even better upgradability. I just ordered the 5 raising kit and wow its perfect. Do yourself a favor and buy this one. I did extensive research and for the lower tear racing cockpits, this is hands down the best option. Fast shipping and included actual tools to assemble. I was shocked to see some actual wrenches included. Great product.

I love everything about it, it sturdy as hell, easy to move around, and adjust. If you have trouble squaring to the ground maybe get the lift brackets they sell.

Seriously awesome. But definitely a money pit

This chair is built nicely for the price point. My Thrustmaster wheel and handbrake mounted perfectly in the provided mounting holes and feel solid as can be. Ive been using mine constantly for the last 6 months and it is still as good as new. Assembly is simple and the chair reclines/adjusts with a side lever just like a car seat and it stores away easily as well. For the price point, youd be pressed to find a better SIM racing seat. I highly recommend it.

This seat at its price is amazing. Very Comfortable, relatively easy to setup and perfectly designed for the Logitech G920. It comes with everything you need to setup, and you just need basic assembly skills as the instruction manual is very straight forward. Further, Id HIGHLY Recommend you get the spacer kit to raise the seat to a more comfortable height and leg angle level. Without it, you feel like you are sitting in an F1 cockpit. While this isnt super uncomfortable, its harder to get in and out of the seat. My only two negatives are that the pole for the Wheel holder and Foot Pedals base can be limiting. The pole for holding the wheel can sometimes get in the way if you heel/toe Gas/Brake, but after a little adjusting and getting used to, it ends up being fine. This could have been counter acted if the base for the pedals allowed for a little more lateral positioning to compensate for that, but its not a total product killer. Overall Im thoroughly happy with the product for the price as similar products are considerably more expensive. Definitely a high recommendation for any serious racer out there.

I am so happy with my Purchase. I ordered the the whole Setup and I also purchased the Flight stick add on and the Seat Risers. I’m new to Sim Racing but I Love ❤️ It. I played a little NASCAR Heat 4, Grid 2019 and Wreckfest. The Openwheeler performed as it should. I also did a couple of Ace Combat 7 missions with my Thrustmaster Hotas 4 Flight Stick(as seen in the pics) and all I can say is the immersion is breathtaking.can’t wait to hookup my VR Headset.
