> 3 dayBought a lowered price projector before this one that claimed was super bright and wasn’t at all. The next day purchased this one and love it. Super clear and extremely bright in my back yard as you can see from the photo. Projector is about 8-10 feet away. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayAt 600 bucks you can’t go wrong with this sure you can pay 2000 and 3000 but I don’t think it’s worth it. I bought $120 projector and it was really good. I was surprised I got this one and it has a few more shells and whistles, but as far as the picture quality, it probably went from 82% to 95%. I bet if I got a projector that was $3000 it probably be another 5% better but after a few days, I’m not sure I would really notice that much. So far this is held up if it breaks down and starts getting crappy. I’ll do a new review I’m really happy this really has helped increase our entertainment pleasure.

> 3 dayI LOVED my Benq. But this Optoma projector definitely has less rainbow effect than the similarly featured Benq projector.

22-11-2024Had virtually no settings for adjusting the picture angle. No vertical lense shift, no corner correction. These should be basic standard features in any projector over $500. Picture was ok. Dont buy this. I tried to go mid-tier price range and wasted my time and ended up splurging on a $1500 one to find one that had the most basic inputs and screen adjustment settings... best of luck to you in your search

> 3 dayQuick review after 2 days. Pros: Brightness, clarity, just the overall picture quality -- whether youre watching movie, streaming videos, or playing games. And 120hz at 1080P for gaming is truly impressive -- super fluid, and virtually no input lag...the responsiveness is simply night and day compared to other non-gaming projectors in the same price range ive used. And its super easy to setup, the settings are easy to navigate. Cons: No built-in OS of any kind, so youll have to rely strictly on external sources -- fine for me since i hooked it up to my mediacenter/gaming PC, but if you want the likes of built-in netflix or hulu -- look elsewhere...no auto-focusing...zoom feature is negligible...image quality in HDR mode was strangely washed out -- but that could just be a Windows thing, we all know how bad HDR implementation in win10 is

> 3 dayWas looking forward to this projector but right out the box I plug it in and turn it on only to find an instant error message saying that the fan is locked which means that it automatically turns itself off to avoid over heating. In order to fix it it says to send it to a repair center or I can try and take it apart and do it myself to get the fan going again. Not what you want for a multi-hundred dollar projector right out the box. I’m sure it looks great if it was working but a non working projector gets 1 star. Ridiculous.

> 3 dayPicture quality: good User Interface: Horrible The menu only last for seven seconds which would be ok if I didnt have to read everything backwards. I unfortunately mounted to ceiling thinking I could easily invert screen. Thirty minutes later with projector on ladder and words reading left to right did I finally invert picture.

> 3 day2 years in and pixels are failing. I’m up to 3 dead pixels and it is pretty distracting. I would say, this is slightly less than my expectations. You should easily get 3 hours from your projector without this sort of failure.

> 3 dayDont buy this, it doesnt hold up and youll be looking at youtube videos to replace the dmd chip when you get dead pixels.
