> 3 dayIve had this projector for about 1.5 years and it already has developed 8 dead pixels. The eco mode doesnt work right anymore either. Eco mode makes the screen rapidly flash. So Im forced to use the high brightness mode now. Luckily, I can adjust the brightness through NVIDIA software controls. Adjusting the projector focus is a pain, requiring super precise adjustments to avoid having blurry spots in the projected image. Overall Im not sure I would buy another one. If you do buy this, plan on it degrading fairly quickly. I believe after 1 year it was still working fairly well, so perhaps consider it an annual purchase.

> 3 dayPicture quality: good User Interface: Horrible The menu only last for seven seconds which would be ok if I didnt have to read everything backwards. I unfortunately mounted to ceiling thinking I could easily invert screen. Thirty minutes later with projector on ladder and words reading left to right did I finally invert picture.

> 3 dayI bought this product last December, and I have been using it in a daily basis. Its been 6 months and the project broke down. Two red lights blinking, and the project doesnt work anymore. I bought from amazon US and it shipped to me to Saudi Arabia. I tried to contact optpma but they werent helpful at all. I need help. Im tired of trying but nobody answers back.

> 3 dayI purchased this about a year and a half ago and have been using it as my primary living room screen for TV and gaming. I first started noticing screen flickering and my first dead pixel around 1 year after purchase. Fast forward 6 months, and I now have dozens of dead pixels and the screen flickering has gotten so bad at times it can make me nauseous. Im now at the point where Im forced to replace the unit because its gotten so bad. Definitely would NOT recommend this product.

17-11-2024This projector throws a great picture on our 120 screen, light interference is no issue - picture quality is fantastic, even with our Christmas Tree lit up right in front of it! No Bluetooth capability was a bit disappointing, we had to order a Bluetooth transmitter to connect to our Amazon Studio sound system. We havent had a chance to try that out yet, as the Amazon Studio speaker we ordered to provide the sound is on backorder and wont be arriving until Jan 3rd.

> 3 day3 problems on the first day: The unit is producing lots of heat, the screen sometime flicking colors and make my eyes go into discomfort and feel dizzy, last but not least the hdmi slot doesn’t let me connect to my laptop…will not recommend this model if you consider to buy it.

> 3 dayGreat Value for picture quality. however the UI for menu is very archaic. one of the reasons i bought this projector was for the HDMI CEC, but this projectors CEC was compatible with Roku Streambar Pros HDMI ARC. This unit also only has a 3.5 stereo jackpot audio output. for $600 i would expect to have at least an optical output or 12v trigger output.

19-11-2024I never could get the audio to work. I called Optoma tech support and the guy told me to send it back. It is defective. I was so disappointed. Had wanted this projector for a year. Finally convinced my husband to let me order it and it doesn’t work. I could cry.

> 3 dayThis is an awesome projector: Weve watched movies and Ive played Destiny 2 and it has adjusted to the different requirements wonderfully. I really havent noticed a difference in quality from playing on a large screen tv to the projector -- a very smooth gaming experience. My one complaint is the lack Bluetooth technology that would allow us to connect the sound system and not need to have all these additional wires and extensions to be able to get a sound that matches the image.
