Out of Bounds Lightweight Durable Hardshell 4-Wheel Spinner Cabin Size Travel Suitcase, Rose Gold, 20-Inch Carry On

After many years I finally decided it was time to buy a new suitcase. I choose the Reaction by Kenneth Cole because it looked like it would be easy to use. It was our first trip by train. Well after the first day the rubber on one of the wheels was ripped and this made it very difficult to maneuver. I am very upset since I feel that I paid so much for this suitcase it should be more durable than this! I can’t seem to find anyone to repair this one and now I feel like I’ve been ripped off by AMAZON! Shame on this company for selling inferior products!

looks awesome. just didnt last

This bag didnt survive its first encounter with an airport baggage handling crew. After a single, non-stop flight, it came back missing wheels and in very rough condition. Yes, some of that is certainly the way it was treated by the baggage handlers, but as an experienced business traveler Im going to say that this bag is not well put together and didnt fair well under what I can only assume where typical conditions.

Sleek design and so light weight! Love this suitcase!

Basic luggage. Not anything special. You get what you pay for. Took these to Greece with us and they didn’t break or get any noticeable scratches. The handle has trouble locking into place almost all the time. Overall happy with the purchase but would probably choose a different company in the future.

SUMMARY:

This piece came by USP yesterday, very good packaging. I love the color, will certainly be easy finding at baggage claim. It appears to be well constructed, especially for less than $60. The spinners work very well and it has 10 year limited warranty, I hadnt seen that on the description when buying.

Wasn’t sure I’d like a hard side but I was pleasantly surprised. Very roomy and maneuverable. Can’t speak on durability yet because it’s only gone on one trip but so far, so good.
