Greater than one weekMy house is filled with these. Very easy to set up with Hue Bridge. App is also user friendly. These are a little pricey but well worth it. Just get a couple at a time and before long you have your house full of them. Work great with Google Assistant. Great!

> 3 dayI have three hue lightbulbs in my home. One in my husbands office, and two in our master bedroom. We purchased them one at a time due to the price but always wish we had them in every lamp in the home (we haven’t tried them in the ceiling yet). The app is easy to use and I love the ability to dim my lights in various color hues. So nice to be able to turn your lights off without getting up. Compatible with Alexa devices. We use a hue hub but you won’t need one if you have an Amazon Echo plus. The only downside to using hue is that they don’t function beyond a regular lightbulb without WiFi, but this isnt an issue unless your WiFi goes out. The amazon price is currently $10 cheaper than Best Buy and Target!

Greater than one weekThe blue and green colors of the 3rd generation are notably better than those of the first generation. They can create a much better color experience with the scenes you select. Beautiful turquoise and sky blues.

> 3 dayThey are quite expensive, but well worth the price, I started with the starter kit, 3 bulbs and a bridge, and now have 23, yes 23, I usually wait till theres a deal on them. I loved when AMAZON ran the 2 bulbs and a dot and a bridge for 89.00 I bought two of them. Highly recommend them,
