High quality very responsive with the Philips hub. Bulbs are very bright and can be dimmed using the app or the Philips switch

They are a brighter white than the normal phillips hue bulbs. I just wish they didnt costs so much..

I hate having to give a 1 star review for a product I love. I do love the Hue family, I have a lot of their bulbs over my house. However, their customer service for defective devices is TERRIBLE. I called to submit a warranty claim after this bulb died after 2 months. First, I called, and was talking to a helpful person, who got my email and said shed start the claim. Id need pictures of the serial number, and the bulb and theyd send me a shipping label to return. As expected, the email asked for pictures of the serial number and product number which I sent. 3 days later I received another email asking for more information, was the bulb used indoors/outdoors (indoors), was it used on a dimmer (no), was it used in a lamp or permanent fixture (lamp). I answered all questions, expecting a shipping label. Instead, I got ANOTHER email from support. What type of material was the lamp made out of? What type of material was the fixture made out of? How many hours a day was the product used? Can I have pictures of the lamp in question? I dont understand why this process has to be so complicated just to return a defective bulb. Phillips Hue is a great line of product, Phillips customer support is AWFUL.

Failed after 2 years. I thought LED bulbs would last much longer, especially 50 dollar bulbs that are only on a few hours a day. Stopped turning on after exactly 2 years and will not connect to the app unlike its twin that is in the same light fixture. Beware. Luckily the warranty is 3 years and I had an Amazon order receipt!

For some reason, this individual bulb does not seem to get the deepr colors like the ones that came with my hue bridge. I think this is a first generation bulb. If I had known that, I wouldnt have bought it here. It seems to not be able to create torquoise, for some reason, and the other bulbs I have do that brilliantly. Expensive for what it is.

We love these bulbs for the voice control w/ Alexa and for being able to change colors in the evening to avoid blue light (better for sleep). Set up in the apps was easy. The only issue once we had more than a few was naming the lights, though grouping in the app helps with that.

Love the bulbs would like to see the price lower there are others coming on the market that I plan I trying that are much cheaper

Beautiful colors, nice brightness, never gets hot. I never have issues with connection to hub. Works great with Alexa!
