> 3 dayI had a bunch of old CDs and DVDs that I wanted to save onto hard drives. They were very scratched up and dirty, but surprisingly this lil player was able to read them with no problem! Did its job with flying colors!

> 3 dayI love this product and have already burned a couple of blu Rays with it. I use the program Nero Video 2020 and is a good program to use with this product.

Greater than one weekTested the product and it works, but has very annoying aspects. For something like this that is 100+ dollars I expect it to work flawlessly, but it doesnt. If you have a bluray movie paused for a little bit you will notice some stuttering in the movie because the drive must catch up and load the movie. Also, it was quite a bit of a pain to get movies to work in the first place. I wasnt able to find an easy way to get VLC or Media Player Classic to play blurays, so I had to use the very bloated and advertisement heavy 3rd party software, CyberLink, in order to watch blurays. Hate using software I dont know because who knows if its collecting private data or what ever.

> 3 dayWe bought this device thinking it would work on a PC or Mac. Fact is that it doesnt work with Chromebook, Linux PCs or MacBook. Requires a variety of additional adapters and software. After purchasing over $50 in adapters, we learned that it doesnt actually play Blu-Ray movies.

> 3 dayI have to reboot my compy before every use. Which makes sense, I suppose. Its not like a USB stick. Its a proper disk drive. Just something to keep in mind.

> 3 dayWorked ok at first, but found the player frequently stops reading disk. Itll stop at random places and report no disk. Then after a few moments, itll remember it has a disk and offer to resume. Does this with brand new blueray or dvds. Very disruptiveand annoying. When it reads without stopping, playback is great. I would return it if i could, but beyond 30 day window.

> 3 dayUsing this burner to rip CDs in flac format on a late 2013 Mac Pro (trash can). Plan to use it to rip Blu-Rays as well. Works flawlessly thus far.
