Greater than one weekI have had this drive for a few months now and am still as happy with it as the day I got it. I have used it to read CD’s, DVD’s and Blue Ray. My iMac running Catalina operating system has had no problem with the drive at all. So far, the only thing I have not done is burn a Blue Ray yet (no reason to) I primarily use the drive to read disks so I can digitize them for my digital movie library and have a backup of the movie. All software I’ve been able to use is open Freeware and has been seamless.

> 3 dayIt comes with 3.0 usb cable and a carry case. You need to download a free software from pioneer website which requires product id. It plays blu ray CD with smooth. So far so good no issues

> 3 dayOnly feature I dont like is you can only change its region 5 times. But at this price Ill buy a couple and leave them set to whatever. It does need to be on a flat unmoving surface. Fires up and plays great! Works with laptop or TV.

> 3 dayThe drive is great and the fact that it comes with a protective case is bonus. The CyberLink software bundle (Version 10! - the bundle is now discontinued) is useless. As a matter of fact, trying to download it gave me the following error: Error: Your Product Key Has Been Used, which is, of course hogwash. A week later I still have to hear from Cyberlink with a resolution.

> 3 dayThe flip-top burner is top notch & portability is perfect with the right case. I was in a rush and preferred one with the case included. My mistake, but I should have done a little more research. As a note for any potential buyers, the bundled case is way too big for the drive and takes up too much extra space. It could actually fit 2 burners plus 4 or 5 extra 1-3 ft cables easy. If you dont need that much capacity or the bundled Cyberlink Media Suite software key, save the extra $20+ and buy the drive by itself.
