Used in an outdoor pond. Pad was a little small for my filter, but still managed after about 2-3 weeks remove phosphated from my 280 out door pond. I should have purchased the larger pad.

I have a smaller tank of small shrimps with limited filtration, so having a small cube of the poly filter gives me confidence that my tank is good. I dont use this as a filter pad. I just let a small cube or two sit at the bottom of the tank. Shrimps seem to like cleaning algae bits off it.

We use these in a 92 gallon bow front, salt water reef tank. We use two HOB filters and we always have these in one of them. Works great and keeps all of our coral happy.

These filters work great. I have been using them in my salt water tank for a year or so now, and it has made it so much easier to keep the fish alive and the water clear. These pads do all the hard work of keeping a fish tank. I will never not use them again.
