The description and picture indicate Includes tool Kit and Adhesive. This was not the case for me. The Digitizer did arrive in a timely manner and was as pictured with IC Chip & Home Button.

The product says it comes with tools to install. Didn’t receive any of the tools. Only thing that was in the box was the screen.

It took me about 4 hours to use this product on my own - I would consider myself competent but I have never opened up an electronic device before other than to change a battery. My old ipad screen was very shattered with lots of small pieces, and removing all the small shattered pieces to prepare for the new screen was very time consuming. I was able to finally install the new screen and I was so relieved when it instantly worked since it had taken so so long. For the amount of time it took, I dont think I would ever want to try replacing the screen again, unless it was broken into just few larger pieces maybe. A few other things - 1) its not a perfect replacement; some interior places/piece like sticky and padded areas do not get replaced which doesnt seem to be a huge deal but was concerning to me while I was putting the iPad back together. 2) Over time the screen has become a little off - with the key pad up, ill go to type one letter and it thinks I press a different one a few letters over. I just rotate the screen 180 degrees and it fixes for a bit. 3) I wish it came with a small metal file - I had a hard time getting the new screen in because my old iPad was slightly dented on the frame, so I had to file it does with a metal nail file and work the dent out with a nail punch.

Great. Exactly as described. For any newbies please take care when removing the old screen and before you apply the adhesive on the new screen. Make sure all wires are seated in the right place or the iPad will not close flush. The tools that come with this are OK. The spudger is a necessity but the suction cups are sub-par. Get the job done so 5 Stars!

Arrived in timely manner and everything was included and in good condition. But after installation did not work right. Maybe I got a defective one, other wise would have given 5 stars.

Product worked well and installation was easy. Suggest you always purchase the screen digitizer with the Home button already installed .

My 3 yr old son stepped on his iPad mini and shattered the screen. It still functioned, so I knew it was the digitizer and not the LCD. I ordered one from a different Amazon seller, installed it and it didnt respond 50 percent of the time. The reviews about this one almost put me off, but trust me, BUY IT! I didnt need tools, as it was already disassembled, but this came with stuff I didnt have and was happy to receive. Installed it in 5 minutes and worked 100 percent. Perfect fit.
