The PureRelief XL Heating Pad supplies exactly what the name indicated: Pure Relief. The size is large enough to cover whatever body part aches. The Microplush covering on the top is soft and comfortable. The controller is easy to operate and can be seen in the dark. It heats up quickly and stays at an even heat. The auto turn off is an excellent feature also. The long cord means it can be used just about anywhere we want. This is everything we were looking for in an electric heating pad and more.

I purchased this pad in December of 2020 as a Christmas gift for my husband. I was the one who ended up using it in 2022 for several months after a physical therapy injury. I loved the softness of the fabric and that the unit quickly heated and maintained the heat when I used the control on the left bottom to switch it from an auto off function to have it stay on till I was ready to turn it off. Within about 3 months the unit quit heating and would only display an F in the control panel window. I tried unplugging the unit and even left it off several days to see if it would reset. I also tried other plugs to no avail. I contacted customer service via email after reading another reviewers comment about having the same problem and sent them a pic of the issue as well as my invoice from Amazon and I received a replacement pad within 3 days! I could not have asked for better customer service.

I like this heating pad for its wonderful features. 6 levels of heat, 2 hour shutoff or no shutoff, the softness of the fabric! This is exactly what I have been looking for..!!

After going through two Bodymed heating pads, I decided to give this one a try. So far Im happy with it. It definitely doesnt get as hot as the Bodymed. Im guessing the high temps are part of the reason why Bodymed doesnt seem to last all that long, although it has more of a quality-construction feel than this heating pad. I also hated all the beeping the Bodymed would make and the lack of backlighting on the controls. This one is certainly better in that regard. No beeping to wake my husband in the night and some light on the display (not too bright). If youre in a lot of pain, this one may not cut it though. I need a lot of heat to address pain. For menstrual cramps, I generally just go straight to a very hot water bottle. This I use for general warming and comfort. My husband, who is much more temperature sensitive, says this puts out enough heat for him when his back is sore.

Great product. 6 heat settings with the convenient “stay on” option. Warms up very quickly. The pad is very soft and the perfect size to cover the entire low back region. Definitely recommend purchasing!

Bought in early March, 2023 and needed it for a newly sore lower back. It was wonderful until it displayed an F letter and ceased to function. 3 months from purchase date? Unacceptable. I was contacted by CUSTOMER SERVICE. My non-functioning heating pad issue was explained and several possible solutions were proposed, but none worked. Within 3 days of this conversation, a new replacement pad was delivered! This is the MOST AMAZING COMPANY SUPPORT...Ive ever experienced. Yes, Im 74 years young and very impressed. Would buy again.

I have ordered this product for myself and also my two sons. I have also told over 20 people to get this product as well. It lasts a long long time. And, its big enough to wrap around my neck, my thighs, my shins anything that needs attention. I did purchase a roll of velcro to use to secure it on tight. The product did die a year and a half post-purchase and I mentioned this to customer service. An F light came on. They replaced the product for me for free. Im very impressed.

When I had an issue with an older heating pad I dug back in my purchase info and found a Customer Service e-mail and I wrote to them about my problem, assuming the message was going in burn basket in the Far East. But no, they replied multiple times within 48 hours. When we came to dead end, they went above and beyond and replaced my product. Thats the way to build a brand. Cheers, Al

This is my second one. I do like it. Sad part is it was a Father’s Day gift and it was left on my front porch with no wrapping or box. My husband found the gift. No surprise for him. Otherwise the product was worth buying again.

I am having pretty excruciating back pain. Ordered this and it was delivered same day just in time for me to use it to go to sleep. Thank god. It’s perfect. Thank you so much
