Heat is so needed after knee surgery or to treat muscle cramps. This large heating pad wraps nicely around your body parts to do what is needed and heats uniformly. It responds to temperature settings and its 2-hour timer is greatly appreciated.

I have disk degeneration in my lower back and frequently use a heating pad to combat acijes and pains. This heating paid is soft and has 6 adjustable heat settings. For almost a year it worked great. I was just about to purchase another one when I read a review which noted a five year warranty. I called customer service and spoke with a representative. They offered to send me a replacement for free. Now I just need to wait for it to arrive! Great customer service!

I recently received the Pure Enrichment heating pad and cannot be more pleased. It’s the perfect size and folds nicely so I can travel with it. My favorite part is how the pad is not only soft and clean now but will continue to be because of the washability. This is a product that every home needs.

This was actually the second PureRelief XL Heating Pad we have bought. They are larger than the other heating pads we had in the past and they are more comfortable to use. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a heating pad. This checks all the boxes and even has an auto shut-off feature!

I ordered your heating pad based on a recommendation from an online best heating pads for 2023 article. Ive only had it a few days, but so far, so good. Comfy, adequate heat and controls. Actually, much better heat than many others I have tried. My one criticism would be that when selecting 2 hr shutoff the red dot blinks all night until I turn the controller off completely. Would be better if there was an auto-off feature or at the least, if the red light went out when the heating pad turned off at the two hour mark.

Product is pretty good until it stopped working. I received this heating pad and had issues with it then reached out to Amazon and had difficulties doing a return so I reached out to the seller and they were more than helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I love the different heating settings on the heating pad and how quickly it gets warm. It definitely helped me recover after pulling a muscle in my back. Took off a star only because I had only used it once, and it stopped working. customer service was really great and helped out quickly to resolve my issue.

I have had this heating pad for 4 years and it has been wonderful for my aches and pains. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my joints get very sore. The heating pad really helps the pain. I am glad I purchased it. As a matter of fact I ordered two of them to have one at both of our homes. It has been great.

Received the product the next day of I ordered it and started using it right away. I loved it so much, everything and all features worked as expected, especially the material used by the pad and the carry bag, very comfortable and conveninet. Hghligh recommended.

Great product. 6 heat settings with the convenient “stay on” option. Warms up very quickly. The pad is very soft and the perfect size to cover the entire low back region. Definitely recommend purchasing!

OK. So here is my honest review. This is the second heating pad of this type that I have purchased. And for some reason, after 6 to 8 months the controller displays a flashing F sign on the controller. The thing is you never know when its going to stop working. However, I can say with confidence, that after reporting this issue to the manufacture, (Abby) is who I spoke with, a new one was sent out very quickly. So if you happen to purchase one I can assure you that if it fails, just contact the manufacturer and theyll make it right for you.
