My husband has been using it since November and it works perfectly. He loves the feel of the material, how hot it gets, and that it automatically turns off. He uses it everyday. I like the Pure Enrichment Purerelief XL Heating Pad because it is large enough to cover the affected area and flexible enough to mold to my back and leg. I havent washed it yet but appreciate the fact that it is machine washable. The physical therapists use moist heat to treat my problems, so I am grateful that I can use that option at home as well.

So, I finally bought myself a pure heating pad, after buying my mom one several years ago, which she still uses almost daily.. I love it. ❤️ Ive used many heating pads over the years.. some good, some not so much. I think the features and functionality of this heating pad are a winning combo!

This is my second one. I do like it. Sad part is it was a Father’s Day gift and it was left on my front porch with no wrapping or box. My husband found the gift. No surprise for him. Otherwise the product was worth buying again.

I purchased this product for back pain and it worked very well. I love the length of the cord, which made it easier to use in multiple chairs in my home. After a year it developed an issue and stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer who offered to replace the heating pad at no cost. Excellent customer service.

Love this heating pad mostly for its soft material, especially because I use it mostly for my back. It gets nice and hot and has the option of stay on for 2 hours or indefiently which I really like. The cord is also pretty long which is a nice feature!

I just received my heating pad and so far I love it! My boyfriend even took it for use and commented I need to get him one ㅤᵕ̈ I do wish it would be a tad bit warmer. But maybe with time?

I decided to give it a try although I didnt need it just then, but recently used it and raved about it to my son, who is borrowing mine today, but also ordering yours.
