Great product. 6 heat settings with the convenient “stay on” option. Warms up very quickly. The pad is very soft and the perfect size to cover the entire low back region. Definitely recommend purchasing!

Ive tried several brands of heating pads over the years and was always disappointed with the cheap manufacture quality and the quick failure rate — within a few short months they would stop getting hot or just stop working all together. I wanted one is comfortable, stays on, and gets really hot to ease muscle aches after a workout. This heating pad checks all the boxes. The fabric is thick, soft, flexible and the pad gets hot right away. It has 6 settings and an option to stay on as long as you like — rather than just 2 hours. After a couple of years, it did stop working — I knew it had a 5 year warranty, so I contacted the seller, and they quickly responded with troubleshooting steps to reset. When this didnt work, they agreed to send a replacement unit. I highly recommend this heating pad with its great quality and excellent customer service.

This heating pad is amazing. Ive only been using it consistently for a couple of weeks, but it does wonders in helping me deal with chronic pain. So much so, that I havent had the need to take pain medicine like I used to. I am so grateful for this product! There are 6 levels of heat. I usually start at 3 or 4 and increase as needed. I do put this directly on my skin, even at the highest temperature. My skin gets a little pink, but nothing serious. And because I use this on my abdomen, I have to fold it in half to fit properly, but it still works like a charm! The main thing Im dreading is washing it. I almost wish that the main heating element was plastic and that the fabric was removable, like maybe having snaps on the side to remove it. Also, it would be nice if it had a car adapter so I could use it on the go. Other than that, fabulous design!

I love this heating pad and used it every night for about a year before I started getting an error message. Luckily, the customer service at Pure Enrichment let me know about the product’s warranty and I received a new one within a week! It says a lot when a company stands by and believes in their product. Highly recommend!

This is my first heating pad and I bought this in anticipation of it maybe providing relief following a major surgery. And its been great. When I had lower back pain from nights of uncomfortable sleeping post surgery - this provided immediate relief and pain went away. Has also helped with bruising. I placed on a thigh bruise and what looked like a seriously big gnarley bruise is now almost gone! Gets great heat, is comfortable and super easy to use. Highly recommend! It’s a nice to have that you may not have known you needed.

I received my Amazon order of the PureRelief XL Heating Pad 2 days ago. It is wonderful! It is well made and the control unit is high quality. Previously I had been using a hot/cold gel pack for heated back relief but it was always either in the freezer when I needed to heat it or room temperature when I needed it cold. With the PureRelief heating pad I can have relief for my aching back (or whatever) on demand by plugging it in and setting the temperature. The temperature stays consistent unlike the gel pack that cools and needs to be reheated in the microwave. The handy storage bag is nice to keep the heating pad clean, too. With summer yard and garden work upon us Im sure I will be using the heating pad often to relieve my aging and aching muscles! Since I still like using cold gel packs for arthritis in my knee I am looking forward to the free hot/cold gel pack as promised on the flyer in the box.

Love the heat pad. It failed. I was sad. I emailed the pure enrichment folks. With just two emails, I had a new heat pad on its way. Got it the next day. A whole lot of other companies should take note of how PE treats their customers. Now I need to think about where else I could use a heat pad and order another!

I ordered this when I was having back issues and it was so beneficial for my pain relief!! I LOVE this heating pad!! I searched for a long time and returned so many until I found this one! Get the ultra-wide, you won’t be sorry!! It’s the perfect size for the entire back and allows for some extra wrap around if needed on your hips. It’s so soft and stays really warm!! The controller is super sleek and easy to use especially with the long cord - that is a plus! And it’s machine washable!! Wish I’d found this sooner!!!

My XL heating pad (I have 2 of them) checks all the right boxes. Its a great size for flexible use and is very soft and comfortable. I can adjust the heat level from 1-6 according to my needs. The controller allows me to set the heat to stay on or cut off after a limited period of time. An indicator light shows the pad is on and the easy to read screen shows the heat level. I did have an issue recently with one of my pads failing and I got an F flashing on the screen. These pads have a 5 year warranty and all it took was a phone call and reply to the email they sent me to have them send me a replacement pad. Great customer service!

I have purchased multiple heating pads from this company. My family collectively use them so much that one has broken, but with the warranty on the product we got a replacement. I’ll say I hate having to have items replaced because we almost always have a ridiculously difficult time with the process. But when I finally needed to bite the bullet they were freaking amazing!! I literally called and gave my order number plus basic shipping info and we were done. I even received my free replacement just days later and didn’t have to return the faulty product. I highly recommend this company/product!
