Out of the box this keyboard was awesome! I dont know what everyone is talking about. It absolutely registered multiple keys being pressed at once. The colors look cool and compliments any computer gamer set-up. Plus the price is nice. Highly recommend!!

Be advised - this does not support NKRO which means you cannot hit more than 2 buttons at a time. If youre gaming with M&K this simply will not do. But if you are purchasing it for casual/work use it is acceptable for the price. My only real complaint is that the wrist rest is not magnetic. Id recommend spending a little bit more and purchasing the Steel Series Apex 3. The switches are quieter, supports NKRO, and has a magnetic wrist wrest. Its what this keyboard should be.

I love this keyboard. I got this back on my birthday in July. I wanted to give myself some time with it before I reviewed it. 1) The wrist rest is amazing! I had a just regular wrist rest before I got this keyboard and the fact that I never have to worry about it sliding around is amazing, but its also just plain comfortable. 2) Just a little side note here but... thank you razer for keeping long back space keys. THANK....YOU! No one wants a short backspace button, no one. 3) This is my first time with a keyboard where I can customize the RGB and WOW! Do I love it. Its not necessary by any means but its a lot of fun to customize it every once in a while. The RGB is also pretty bright and you can see the light through the keys. So plenty easy to use in the dark if you are a night gamer like myself. 4) This is subjective, but none the less. I can type with ease on this myself. There isnt much resistance and so I can type with it and game with it all day and it doesnt exhaust my fingers at all. 5) The click isnt super loud to me, but it is still very satisfying to listen to. 6) The keys are hard to remove which for me is a plus. I had to take my keys off the other day because I spilled a bit of soda on it and my space bar got sticky as all hell. I was actually a bit worried I would break something when I was removing the keys. This is such a plus for me because it means that I dont have to worry about keys coming loose. I have had keyboard that with time the keys came a little loose and becoming wobbly. I dont feel like that is a concern with this board. That being said, putting the keys BACK in was the easiest thing once I cleaned all the keys. Overall I love this keyboard. Its the best one Ive ever had and Ive had a lot of keyboards. I just dont have any memory of having a keyboard that I enjoyed using as much as this one. WELL worth the price to me. Which is also saying something for how frugal I generally am. Along with the best keyboard, this is the most expensive one I have ever had and I dont regret it for a second.

Ive only had this keyboard for a few hours, but its wonderful to use. Im a longtime membrane-keyboard user, and despite using a mechanical keyboard for several weeks after my previous one broke, I just couldnt get into loving one. For me, keys on a mechanical keyboard feel too stiff and difficult to press, even with the high-quality Corsair I was using. It fatigued my hands and fingers, and this is a no-go when you make your living off of typing. This keyboard is an excellent middle ground between a membrane keyboard and a mechanical one. I personally would say its closer to a membrane keyboard than a mechanical one, but I honestly like that about it. The keys are much easier to press than a mechanical keyboard, and they make a quiet, satisfying clicking noise, but still feel closer to membrane than mechanical. When I bought this keyboard, it was on sale for $60, and I may not have bought it if it wasnt on sale. Its clearly a budget keyboard with a plastic housing and keys (albeit very well-made), and Im still not sold on whether its worth the full price of $100. However, as its a Razer, you do pay the price a little bit for the premium brand name. I took one star away from its ergonomics because the wrist rest is a bit high compared to the Corsair I was using, but its softness mostly makes up for that. I have not yet used it for gaming, but I anticipate it being excellent for that, too. If youre a Razer fan that isnt quite willing to jump on the mechanical train yet, I would highly recommend this keyboard.

I am a big fan of low profile keyboards. Use it to work and play. This particular one has a good value for the money, good quality, great size and shape. My biggest disappointment was the sound of the keys. It is not even: some keys sound less loud and some are very noisy and irritating. The space bar is wobbling a bit and makes a cheap sound. The backspace key makes the most loud sound in the universe, I try to avoid using it at night. I would go with membrane only option if Razer had it in TKL edition, but they don’t.

I can only compare it with blue switch keyboards: It is a loud, precise click that might be for some, but it can get annoying for people that type a lot. Ive only had the keyboard for a day or two, but sometimes it bothers me to hear so much clicking when Im typing a long text in the middle of a quiet night with headphones that arent really much isolating. Otherwise? Razer Synapse software is A1, RGB effects are on point, best feeling on a membrane keyboard youre ever going to get, and I got it for a good price too at 30 USD. Shouldve also included the shipping weight, because the box weighs 4.8 lbs instead of the 2.1 that the standalone keyboard weighs (important to know if youre getting it shipped to another country).
