this item works great. my snake is warm and i dont have to sleep the the dumb red light on anymore everyone is happy. get it today sleep better tomorrow lol

Ive had reptiles for about 17 years now and will always buy ceramic for heating needs. They are the longest lasting, most durable bulbs you can buy. I do like how the red-light heat bulbs look at night, but they never last a fraction of the time the ceramic will. These bulbs last SO long, they will tend to collect dust, which creates a burning odor. I just recommend dusting them off every now and then. Just use caution when it comes to the size of your tank, and monitor your animal for a few days to gauge if the wattage is too high, the bulb is too close, etc. as these do get extremely hot. Highly recommend.

Works great in our small chicken coop. The girls didnt like the red heat lamp, but this works great to keep them warm in the coldest days of winter.

This heater works great in my chicken tractor. There coop is 4x4and holds only four chickens for now.

Giving it a 1 is to much credit. I bought 2 each of them worked a total 5 months. Worked great until both separated at the base and base cap. They are poorly made. Worst 60 dollars ever spent I will no longer useing zoo med products.

These seem to burn out very quickly, I have gone through several in 3 months, not worth the cost in my opinion.

I thought it would heat up my 75 gallon a little more. Keeps it about 72 at night with this on. Also, looks used. Was pretty dinged up and used looking when it arrived. Overall , decent for the price
