> 3 dayVery disappointed with this controller; quite the let-down really. This controller was SO close to perfect. Dont let great feeling and quality external appearances fool you, the internals of these controllers are complete junk. Had 2 different new in box units delivered to me that were BOTH DOA. While the receivers both worked in both instances, the controllers themselves were stone-dead refusing to connect when plugged in directly with USB cable or even take a charge. Highly suggest 8bitdos M30 for OG Sega Genesis instead. While it doesnt follow as closely in design and styling vs. this product which is licensed by Sega, it works at the very least and at that, reliably and consistently.

> 3 dayThe way you pair this controller is tedious and difficult to get working. It sometimes take 4 or 5 tries of going through the paring process to get working. The biggest problem is if you are using this with a real Sega Genesis, you must leave the power on your Genesis on or you will have to re-pair it everytime you turn it off and back on. Even when you do get it working, there is a slight but annoying input lag to this controller. The receiver should use a small battery or something so it does not require the Genesis to power it, and so the Genesis does not need to be on to stay paired. Used twice, and now its collecting dust on my shelf. The setup is too tedious to use it over a wired controller.

> 3 dayNo problems pairing this with my genesis mini. Pairs every time. Feels like the real thing too. It functions with 99% of the 200+ games Ive tried it with but havent found many games that use the additional 3 grey buttons. No issues with lag/latency or with the button double clicking or anything like that. It reaches a good 30 or so before losing connection. Ive played for hours so I know the battery life is good but there is one issue... It seems like the battery drains the moment you unplug them from the charger, if youre playing or not. Even if fully charged hours ago, youll have to charge them before you play. I honestly love this product though. It comes in a really nice case too.

> 3 dayEasy to use, true form and feel to OEM, simple directions for pairing w/ different devices, super slick holding case. I use it on my old model 2 Genesis and the new mini. Works great on both.

> 3 dayThe only thing that kept this from being a 5 was pairing it to the bluetooth receiver. Let me start by saying I have bought two other wireless remotes for the NES and the SNES mini. This one almost didnt pair. I had to connect it to my computer and pair it because it wouldnt pair directly from the genesis mini. That took me about 2 hours to figure out... after reading directions 2 times over it mentioned nothing about what to do if it doesnt pair beaides resetting the remote and making sure light colors matched..... never had a problem pairing these before. Aside from that everything works flawlessly. Great reaction time on the mini. Cool case..... havent tried it on an old sega genesis yet. How cool would that be?
